From jump (compared to the other companies I contacted) they were on top of what I needed, they offered me options, they did a free in person walkthrough so I could explain what I was looking for, estimates and contract finalization was easy, and scheduling during the holiday season was handled amazingly. My schedule was crazy and changing frequently and they were so gracious with the changes! They were very clear about what to expect and what I needed to be available for. My part (separating things into keep/donate/trash) was done in about 1-2 hours for the garage and 1 hour for the guest room. The rest was all Tatyana and Svetlana!
