This is what we ate: Oaty Berry Banana Smoothie Breakfast Burrito Nut Roast Wrap Vegetable puree soup (of the day) Americano Coffee Korma, served with veggie fried rice, roast potatoes, and green salad (this was the special of the day) Falafel Wrap Salad Plate (combo of prepared salads including pesto fusilli, carrot coconut slaw, beetroot, sesame noodles, bulgar couscous) Four desserts (two baked, two raw) We also ordered a second salad combo + a side of hummus to take home for the next day. The food was all very fresh, very nutritious, and very tasty. My 6yo loved the Korma and the Nut Roast wrap. My 4yo loved the hummus. My husband and I loved it all. Helen, the owner, was very kind and took excellent care of us. This is a special place, and a rare find outside of Dublin. Not only can you get very reasonably priced organics (veg, fruits, cooking oils, canned foods, boxed foods, etc), but they also have the absolute best coffee in the area. And if you have a sweet tooth, you'll find wonderful cakes, cupcakes, scones, etc. They also serve homemade vegetable soup daily. I've also noticed that kids love this place. They do offer colouring items for the kiddies and they have a nice two-seater couch available to relax on in addition to their indoor seating. This summer promises cold salads and other goodies. It's also a good place to purchase locally-made arts and crafts. Right now they have a book club and there's talk of some cooking demonstrations coming up. It's definitely a wonderful place. They don't overprice their items and are much cheaper than other organic shops. Definitely stop in and have a nice treat or pick up some groceries!

I was really shocked to see such a little business venture. The owner is very friendly and will give you loads of help on what you want what and what to do. He has a few green house sheds which he grows everything you want. You ask for it he will go there and then and start picking them out of the ground for you. Also has duck eggs and if you wanted the duck too, to cook he'll sell you one :) Just a little tip if the gate is closed as sometimes it's does automatically then contact him on his Facebook by.
