The café in the back is cozy and delicious as well as healthy. The food takes some time to come out, so don't go in a hurry but it's handmade with love and all organic, gluten-free, hard to find in Vallarta! The young girl was new (early July 2021) and she brought my latte at the end of the meal when we had already eaten, for some reason, but I took it to go and enjoyed it as well. We came back the next day. The Abeja Reyna products in the front market are amazing - shampoo and conditioners, creams, buy them and take them home with you, they are impossible to find in the US. The owners of Abeja Reyna were on the cover of FORBES Mexico magazine. We took the huge bottles, packaged them in plastic, well sealed and they made it home perfect. Great selection of obleas and honey, nuts, produce, goat cheese, you name it! We come here everytime we visit PV. Don't let the neighborhood scare you away, it's safe, clean and the owner is delightful! read more

Love the concept, but not sure I understand the place. The "store" is very tiny with only a handful of items. I guess it's more of a restaurant? Couldn't find anyone to acknowledge that we were even there. On a positive note, I ended up buying the coconut Keifer and it was very good. read more

This place is SUCH A JEM Amazing and very thoughtful selection of local and organic goods, from produce to CBD and CBD/THC chocolates and gummies, to tinctures, to skincare, to raw milk, frozen raw dog food, homemade kombucha and water kefir, coconut yogurt, spices, vegan and vegan/gf baked goods, homemade pesto and vegan cheese and hummus and panela cheese, bulk soaps / detergent / lotions, etc etc etc * remember to bring your own containers for the bulk items etc. Also FYI they do reuse their glass jars (for kombucha, homemade nut butter, etc) so do return those.* The decor is super lovely and calming, with a brightly lit water feature inside, and a nice space outside for seating as well There is a little cafe with coffee (including bulletproof), juice, lots of breakfast items, salads, sandwiches. When I was here the cafe closed before the store, at 4pm, not sure if this is typical or amended hours during the Upstairs (not sure if they are connected?) is a healing center offering acupuncture, facials and massage. This place is a little gem tucked in to the Versailles neighborhood. It's a combination of grocery store and organic café. All of their food is high-quality and so delicious! You can't go wrong. It is our favorite place to eat breakfast. With organic, gluten-free and vegan options plus their gluten free bakery items are a must. Taking a tunic top, cookies and two loaves of their gluten-free bread home with us on the plane today! Enjoy! read more

I was so excited when someone told me about Organic Select. It's not easy to find organic food here in Puerto Vallarta so to find this place made my life! It's actually a grocery store AND a restaurant. As soon as I walked in I was beaming with happiness. I had so much fun shopping here! And much more appreciation for just being able to buy organic butter and eggs. It's the little things ya know! The food is sooo delicious. I got a combo that started with a lentil sprout soup. Very good. It also came with a pineapple celery water that was very refreshing. The main course was baby snow peas, string beans and kale over brown rice served with a side salad with sprouts and avocado. I felt so alive after eating! We are super picky about our coffee in my family and this place was definitely not what we wanted. All of our drinks were watered down tasting and everything tasted like it had aspartame sweetener. I usually can choke down a coffee I don't like just for the caffeine and I ended up pouring out a 4th of my latte. We were walking so no time for pictures... but latte and smoothie and iced drinks were all less than meh. Save your time and money. read more

We stumbled upon this gem on our second to last day in PV. We wish we had known about it sooner as it merits multiple visits during the same vacation! The chilaquiles, waffles, and bread were delicious - and all gluten free! The owner and staff were all lovely. Can't wait to go back on our next visit to PV! read more

Best chilaquiles in town--and they are organic--and I also love their gluten free products! The owners are friendly and knowledgeable and the shop has a variety of products that are free of harmful chemicals. Oh yes, and they sell mango blossom honey and cactus tostadas!! I really enjoyed this sweet little spot. It's a store and a cafe. I hope they also put themselves as a restaurant on yelp because I almost didn't find them on here (which would have been a shame!) There aren't too many grocery items in the store (compared to American health food stores) but they have things you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere in Puerto Vallarta - Bragg's, organic veggies, etc. If you want to know if they have something specific, you can just message them on their Facebook page like I did; they respond quickly. I had a sandwich, a pressed juice, and took a kombucha and some cookies to go - all gluten and dairy free. I enjoyed their front outdoor garden seating while I had my lunch. I also worked on my computer though the WiFi was a bit spotty. It might be better/more consistent inside of the cafe for sure. Overall, it was super healthy and delicious, a calm atmosphere, and the service was excellent - so friendly and checked in on me frequently. I'll be back! read more

Magnifico! It's so difficult to locate anything organic in PV (Puerto Vallarta), Jalisco, Mexico, and feeling like a young kid with a brand new present, Organic Select appears before my eyes! Absolutely EVERY THING at Organic Select is DELICIOSO!!! Also, the Cappuccino coffee made with coconut milk is the best I have ever tasted as well! The staff are a friendly group and knowledgeable too. One thing to bring though, is a bag of some sort to hold your purchased items in - because, being an "environmentally-friendly store," they won't have any bags to use or to purchase, so it's: BYO. read more
