Organic Select has been so helpful for our stay in PV! We were in town for 4 days, dined at their…read morerestaurant twice, and purchased nearly all of our groceries for our stay! The food from Organic Select is not only delicious, but is of such high integrity, that it has supported our bodies all week. We are grateful and will be sharing the good news of their offerings to friends that travel to PV regularly!

The young girl was new (early July 2021) and she brought my latte at the end of the meal when we had already eaten, for some reason, but I took it to go and enjoyed it as well. We came back the next day. The Abeja Reyna products in the front market are amazing - shampoo and conditioners, creams, buy them and take them home with you, they are impossible to find in the US. The owners of Abeja Reyna were on the cover of FORBES Mexico magazine. We took the huge bottles, packaged them in plastic, well sealed and they made it home perfect. Great selection of obleas and honey, nuts, produce, goat cheese, you name it! We come here everytime we visit PV. Don't let the neighborhood scare you away, it's safe, clean and the owner is delightful!

Yes, it attracts many tourists as there are several gift options & an abundance of great dining choices! Lots of jewelry & clothing. Locals also visit but the prices can be a bit high. No bargaining here. Set prices for the most part. We had Mexican wraps & tasty tamales this time & always enjoy a home cooked meal with Lucia's yummy fresh pastas/sauces we get to go. See you next visit

From 9:30am to 2pm you can enjoy a variety of vendors, a live band, ample seating including inside the gazebo, history, color, vibrancy... "You can dance, you can jive... Fresh produce, horchata, pupusas, tamales, empanadas, fresh juice, pastries, jewelry, body care, you name it and it's here as well as in abundance. Was really happy to see some awesome vegan food in the mix as PV is a very veggie friendly city. And the aromas are enough to make you want to stay all day long. So many friendly vendors! Trees, plants, ceramic benches, amphitheater seating and so much throughout this must experience Farmer's Market in the center of Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica at Lazaro Cardenas Park.

As for the market, parking was hard to find. Go down the mountain, not up! Up, you get lost and stuck without his or cell signal in barrios that are very sketchy. They were aggressive. There's parking down by the bank near the oceanfront. Use it. Have cash. You must pay at the window to the cashier. She won't speak English and won't help you at all. In the market itself, you'll find that the vendors wares are repetitive. It's stall after stall of the same trivial junk. In some stalls there are clothes, but their dresses are $80-120 USD. It's very expensive. Men's shirt was $75 each. T-shirts for the grandkids were $25 each. The silver jewelers charge far too much. There was one food vendor upstairs. The chef was wonderful and the food a delight. That made the day very worth it. There's a vanilla shop and a candy shop along the walk that are worth a stop. Overall, no produce vendors & variance in goods sold could improve. The marketplace needs to make some changes. We would not return.
