I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. The "trusted" florist you decided to pawn this order off on still attempted to deliver to the WRONG address. The only thing good that came of this after airing things out publicly was a refund.

I would recommend any bride and groom to work with Sharon from Organic Elements! We had the theme of our wedding set and than it was time to start choosing vendors. Quickly we found that florists are pretty pricey! We were on a budget so I was contemplating doing our own bouquets and centerpieces, but than came across Organic Elements. I have to admit I wasn't the easiest customer since the pictures and ideas I originally sent her weren't entirely true to what I was looking for, but Mae was very accommodating. She redid my idea board twice to tweak some details that I had changed my mind about. She also had the idea to use mason jars as centerpieces, which was creative as well as practical gifts for guests; she went out of her way to find the right kind of jars and get them for me. Mae was also gave me a lot of creative input. What ended up being my favorite part of the floral arrangements was not part of my original vision: she realized that I was really attracted to the greenery and suggested making a eucalyptus table runner for the head table. The runner brought the "forest" into the reception area, and I just loved it! Also, despite floral restrictions at the wedding ceremony, Mae found a way to include rose petals wrapped in chiffon as an aisle/pew runner, which visually tied together the look of the chapel. From start to finish, Atalanta was an absolute dream to work with. She was professional, responsive, attentive, and so detail-oriented. She truly brought my vision to life with our wedding florals. As an avid collector and gardener of Epiphyllum cactus, I had a very specific request. These blooms are rare, stunning, and delicate--they only open at night and have a short season. Since using fresh blooms wasn't an option, I asked Atalanta if she could incorporate silk epiphyllum flowers into our arrangements. Not only was she open to the idea, but she thoughtfully consulted me on the best ways to incorporate them--and she nailed it! She transformed our venue into a glowing, romantic summer fairytale. The lush florals, touches of gold, greenery, blush pinks, and the perfectly placed candles created an atmosphere that was simply unforgettable. The way she highlighted the epiphyllum blooms made everything feel so personal and special. On top of her artistry, Atalanta and her team were punctual, organized, and efficient when it came to delivery, setup, and breakdown on the wedding day. I was also beyond thrilled to support a woman-owned and Black-owned business. Thank you, Atalanta, for helping create the wedding of my dreams. I'll never forget it! They were attentive and wouldn't skip a beat if things changed on our side. We first met them at a bridal show that we had heard about through the knot and my wife fell in love with their rustic look. The second show she saw them at, she heard that they had stepped up to do the flower decor seen throughout the venue last minute because the florist that was hired backed down. My wife said the results were very impressive considering the situation. We scheduled an appointment with them and their energy and confidence told us that we've just met our new florists. They knew exactly what we wanted and complimented our wants with suggestions that were spot on. On our wedding day, they nailed the look and went above and beyond. They use quality materials and their execution was excellent. Their customer service was out of this world. They were so supportive of my wife and I and continued to provide excellent service even after the event. We are so grateful to have worked with such a great and knowledgable team. We would love to do work with them again.

We did a consultation over the phone to get to know each other. She inquired about my budget and what I was looking for. I didn't want your average bouquets and asked to add in things you normally wouldn't see in a bridal bouquet. She completely understood my vision and had really great ideas to add. She was excited about creating the arrangements and made me feel completely confident that I was going to get what I wanted. The morning of the wedding when the flowers were delivered I was completely blown away at how perfect they turned out. They were all even more beautiful than I could have imagined and were so unique. They were definitely one of my favorite things about that day! Sarah and her mom Linda were so helpful and accommodating. They were attentive to my price range and were helpful in getting me what I wanted at a price that I needed :) I had some last minute changes that I called about and they were more than happy to help. They are both so sweet and were genuinely happy and excited for me. I do not have enough good things to say about L&S, from their service to their beautiful flowers, they are amazing!...seriously, use them!
