Having seen all three at one point or another, I'm happy to say that they all take the time to listen to your concerns and can also suggest tips to keep healthy and not need visits as often! The process of scheduling can sometimes be a bit frustrating, since they do tend to be busy. Online scheduling is also available and can be a good option. Keep going to your annual check-ups because an apple a day is not sound medical advice and won't keep the doctor away!

Not too much to say about Millburn Medical imaging. The couple times I brought my client here the…read morestaff were pleasant with making appointments and processing scripts and insurance. Even when there were renewals and confirmations in order from the clients doctor, they did the leg work of contacting the doctor themselves which is a big help for me so I don't have to call and wait, as I'm not a medical facility. My client who needs a lot of physical accommodation stated that the technicians were nice and patient with him which I think is important, as I did not accompany him to testing. Only thing about here is the building shares sort of little coffee snack shop, often found in business buildings or offices where multiple providers work out of. This one's shop is just paltry. It looks like someone just went to the supermarket and put some snack bags in there and then that same person brought their coffee maker to serve of some coffee then charge you for it. It's just kinda inadequate when I've seen much better at other buildings. Unfortunately you'd better grab your coffee and snack before coming here or you'll be stuck with the options here, no place else to go. If you're coming for imaging though, hopefully it won't be any issue with staff or a limited coffee shop.

Then Im able to go in the nurse says we have to reschedule because I did not follow direction I was given. I explained they had the wrong number and I was not notified. The towel and gel still on my stomach!! I went because it was close but go somewhere if you are looking for less wait time and professionalism.

These people treated me like a walking plague and ran me off even after explaining my symptoms. Basically telling me I would need to do my visit virtually 4hours later although I was already there in person at the moment. How the heck are you going to check my vitals and listen to my lungs etc over the phone?? Instead I went to the urgent care and they had me in and out in no time. Tested negative for COVID and prescribed me medication for the cough. We've been dealing with COVID for 3 years now and to make patients feel like crap leaving your office because you assume they might be infected is disgusting at this point. Will never go back to this office.

The guy who draws blood has to stick me five times to get my vein, the administrators are rude and don't know how to do their job. There are lots of doctors out there. Don't waste your time at this practice.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST, CHECK PEOPLE IN WHEN YOU TELL THEM TO TAKE A SEAT!…read more Had an appointment at 33 Bleeker Street in Millburn for 12:00pm to see Caitlin Conlon Pa, i walked in., said my name, the dr i had the appt for & the receptionist told me THANK YOU & to "take a seat" at 12:20 i went back to the same front desk to see if the Dr was running late. The receptionist said "she's in" TO MAKE THIS LONG STORY SHORT.... this front desk receptionist said to me "SHE NEVER CHECKED ME IN" & the DR. is now "on lunch.". adding she might "not be able to see me today". ., GASLIGHTING ME after i grew angry She now said "THE DR WILL SEE YOU" How INCOMPETENT THIS WOMAN WAS DOING A SIMPLE TASKS AS CHECKING ME IN BAFFLED ME. MORAL OF THE STORY.... always make sure the receptionist checks you in the first time to avoid this simple mistake. She doesn't bother to look up at me again. Fine. I then explain that I lost my cell phone and insurance card that day and was late because I had to print out a temporary card. She did not even look up or say anything. I waited for a response. She just acted like I was not there. Finally, without lifting her eyes from her book she says "you'll have to reschedule". I get that I can't be seen because I was late but have some decency and treat me like a human being. I then go outside to see if my driver was still there. He wasn't. I go back in and ask the same receptionist if I can use a phone (b/c I lost mine right before my appt.). She looks up at me and widens her eyes. I took that look to mean that she did not hear me so I repeated it. She then yells "I heard you". The common sense thing to do is to say something to acknowledge you've understood what someone has said to you. This genius obviously never learned how to interact with others. Dr. Jardine may be great but I certainly will not return to find out.

Although she did try to accommodate me, all she did was belittle me and try to make me feel subhuman. To add insult to injury, today, I received a letter from his office stating that I was "inappropriate" with his office staff. I asked the doctor to call me to discuss his manager's attitude toward me, before he sent the letter. I still have not heard from him. Do not waste your time with this guy.
