I called multiple times about a birth control problem and the nurse station never answered, I left a message every single I time I called asking them to call me back. never did. eventually I asked the front desk lady if she could help me with my problem. she was snotty and told me I'd need to come in for an appointment before anything could be fixed. which would have been nice to know in the first place... Then told me the next available appointment was 2 months away. I asked if there was anything I could do to get ahold of my doctor or a nurse before then and she was very rude and said no. then I called my primary care physician and he was able to help me with my problem within 30 minutes no issues at all. Basically, I will never go here again because of how slow and rude and unresponsive the nurses and front desk were even if the doctor was okay.

When it comes to medical offices that work with you to code procedures in order to make things go smoothly with your insurance and to keep your out of pocket low, they're among the worst I've worked with. They charge crazy high amounts in the first place, which are drastically adjusted by the insurance company (If you don't have insurance at all, beware!). I went in to address some sleep issues, and when asked how I wanted to handle the visit, I requested they do a full annual physical with blood work to determine what might be causing it. They ordered blood work and because they don't have a lab in-house, I had to schedule a return appointment. When I received the bill for the first visit, it wasn't coded as an annual physical. They billed it as something completely different, and between that and the blood work they ordered (some of which wasn't covered as part of an annual physical - which I'm OK with), my out of pocket ended up being far more than expected. When returning for the follow up appointment on my blood work, I discussed this with their office manager. I was told that they don't treat the initial and the follow up visits as one physical appointment, and that I had to pay for the first one as a normal outpatient visit since things were discussed in the visit that didn't pertain to an annual physical (make note - don't ask them to discuss any of your concerns, or you'll be billed for the mention of anything outside of the scope of an annual physical - and they won't tell you what those are until after you are billed). I was assured by that same office manager though, that the follow up visit would be billed as a physical and therefore would be fully covered by my insurance. We'll, turns out they billed the insurance company, for the second visit, not only for a physical, but also for an outpatient/office visit even though it was one visit. This after I was assured it would be billed as the physical only and fully covered. It felt not only opportunistic, but frankly, completely dishonest. They offered to cover half of the adjusted expense of this after making me fill out a "financial Consideration form" (as though this was about me not being able to afford it vs them admitting that they did anything wrong). In the end it seems that this office is more concerned about milking more money out of their patients than they are about building long-term relationships with them. I've worked with many offices over the years that are very good and fair about handling stuff like this. The two office visits to address essentially a requested physical and write a couple of prescriptions, were billed at around $1500. This is with no further treatment other than writing the prescriptions. That's practically what an ER would charge if I were to go there for similar reasons. Needless to say, I'm done with these guys.

A Streep test and a urine test was done on our second visit when we shared that her urine was an orange color. Blood was found in her urine and the provider prescribed Motrin. A antibiotic prescription was given "if she did not get better in a few days". I ended up taking her to the Intermountain ER a few days later where she was diagnosed with Mono. She was severely dehydrated after vomiting for 3 days, she was given an IV, medication for the nausea, and a complete treatment plan. Due to this being a virus, antibiotics are not part of her treatment. She was also instructed to rest for several day to reduce the risk of a ruptured spleen and told to contact her Primary Care doctor to follow up on care. I do not feel that the provided at Revere Health listened or worked to find out what was truly wrong with my daughter, and put her in more risk. I do not plan on visiting this clinic again.

Doctor Crump took the time to ask me about my upbringing, home life, aspirations, reason for my visit, etcetera. He isn't concerned with the amount of patients waiting. His main focus is to know his patients personally and to treat them to the best of his ability. I recommend him for everyone :) big and small.

The Dr. Said "I don't know what the problem is, but we'll treat it, as if it were cellulitis." She also diagnosed him with an ear infection. I did not like the answer she gave us. So we went in this morning (Monday) to my son's regular pediatrician. We find out that he does have strep, and no cellulitis or ear infection. The prescription she wrote would not have resolved my son's issues and he would gave gotten more sick. I intend to get my 40$ copay back and plan to never go there again.

However, I wanted to ensure that was the correct amount due to their sense of uncertainty, so I put off my procedure for about an hour to go talk to billing to ensure I wouldn't end up with a large surprise bill that I couldn't pay afterwards. Billing was 0 help and they couldn't care less for my concerns and the fact that I told them I'm low income and can't manage a surprise bill. They got me very flustered and stressed right before my procedure. They didn't care. I was told it shouldn't be much more than $250 and not to worry. So I decided to just move forward with the procedure, which I regret more than anything. Lo and behold, a short while after my procedure, I received a bill in the mail for $250 and then another for $730!!!! My fears came true! They were not transparent about the reality of how high the extra costs could be. I did everything to avoid it and it still happened because of the billing people misguiding me and not caring to investigate it further to ensure the true costs. Not to mention, the procedure didn't do anything for me or give any answers and the treatment at the place was mid in general. I'm still having all the same issues I started going there to address. So now I have a huge bill to pay that I can't pay and over the month of November they add TWO late fees! Two in one month really? I'm low income, and talked to them telling them I was going to need more time to pay it and they just proceed to add more late fees. They don't work with you at all. Today, only about 4 months out from the procedure, I received a bill in the mail stating that if I didn't pay the bill in 10 days (actually 6 days due to when I received the bill in the mail- took 4 days to get here from the date marked on it) then they will send it to collections and I will be charged a 50% fee. I've never heard of a debt going to collections that fast, and definitely never heard of a late fee that's that excessive when only 4 months late (it's not like it had been 6+ months of them not being paid). Scare tactics, really? So this is how you're treated when you can't afford to pay for a surprise bill that you tried to avoid up front but got no where because of the lack of care and knowledge from the billing department, and after they were already paid good money from the insurance company. No accountability or empathy at all. I wouldn't recommend this place, not only because of the billing departments lack of compassion and empathy, but also because of all the money I spent just to get 0 answers and to get better 0%. Such a waste. This is what's wrong with healthcare! Based on the other negative reviews that are somewhat similar to mine, I know my experience will be brushed off by management and I will be gaslit like the other reviewers that have had negative experiences have been. Management, I recommend for you and your staff to receive some sensitivity training and always run prior authorization beforehand. Give the patient as much info as possible and show a sense of concern and willingness to help. Myself and other patients have given you insight on how you can improve, now it's up to you to take accountability and make the necessary changes to do so. There's nothing else to say here. Patients beware!!!!!! Updated to add: just four days after making this review, I received an additional letter AFTER they already got paid by me. This was the only doctor that talked to me about going through my stomach to fuse my L5-S1. This was amazing. I have seen others with this same operation, but going through the back. Those recoveries take so long. I didn't want that and I would have put this off, but I am grateful I didn't. 5 weeks after surgery I am throwing a baseball again. Yes I still have some small surgery pains, and have to watch what I am doing. The surgery was awesome, and doctor Edwards was way better then every surgeon I have ever used.
