The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional. He was available a week early, called the night before to confirm it was okay to do the job early, and then arrived on time the next day. He was careful with his equipment not to damage my yard (the chipper was huge), and he chipped all the material within a few hours. I want to comment on his clean-up as I have never had another contractor do such a fantastic job. My yard, and the four areas with the very large piles of dead trees were spotless. He did a much better job cleaning that I could have done on my best day. No little twigs, no leaves, and no damage to the grass that was under the pile. Spotless. Because of the job on the lawn, I also hired them for snow removal. They never arrived at the property to remove snow. I contacted the owner and asked for some clarification on the situation. He said we were on a plow route and should have been plowed. Promised to get it done immediately. A week later, and the property is still not plowed. This caused mail delivery to be suspended, and several headaches for us.
