Had to order the wood and said would in on Friday. Called Friday but not in. They will call me. No call. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Drove to lakeside Monday and asked about the order. It did come in and the called. They called the wrong number. My order had my correct number. Got my order on Monday one week first trying to get the wood on order. Also, if I Sat home waiting for a call I would not receive the wrong number call. Nor the wood.

I bought 30 bags of polymeric sand to be sure I had enough to complete my project without making multiple trips to get more sand. When I completed the project, they refused to take back the 6 bags of sand that I did not need. ( I even wanted to purchase $400 dollars worth of more sealer). My customer does not want to pay me to make multiple trips to the supplier for the sand. Neither does my customer want to pay for 6 bags of sand that were not used on their project. This policy might work for a large contractor that does lots of paver projects and can stock the product for their next job, but it doesn't work for the rest of us. I should have used Willamette Greystone as they will let you return the product that is unused! Willamette Greystone did get the sale for the sealer I still needed and will get my business from now on.
