I got her as a…read more9 month old puppy, and she immediately made short shrift of my entire, 25-year-old (pretty rotted) perimeter fence. Not a small job, and an emergency one, because she LOVED running around the neighbors' yards. Lucian and his Dad braved the elements on extremely short notice, and built an entire new fence (mostly in the rain) for a great price. They gave me lots of upgrades, like unknotted wood, and thicker footers, and were incredibly fast and efficient. Its beautiful. That should have been enough, but - no - then my about six months later my back neighbors got their own Bernadoodle puppy, and the two dogs decided they didn't want a fence, so my pitty figured out how to pound her head against the boards until they bowed, then get her jaws on the wood, and tear through it. Lucian agreed that metal roof panels attached to the back fence would probably work (either that or an electric cattle fence), so he and his son came back out with the panels, cut them to fit, and spent a day attaching them, which - it turns out - is not as easy as it sounds. Again, quick service and excellent value. This family business, NW Modern, is fantastic, and I highly recommend them. And yes - it appears the metal roof panels are working!

Rude. Slow to respond, and then I was given instruction on how to fix it myself! I had no idea how or tools! The repair guy eventually came down twice to "look". Both times I doubt he spent 5 mins. One of those times, he said he could fix it for me but he didn't have a wrench! When I insisted on a repair date he raised his voice saying, "I've been trying to help you out!" The craftsmanship was corrected, the cleanup concerns were taken seriously, and I appreciated their willingness to own the missteps and follow through quickly. Not every project goes perfectly, but how a company responds makes all the difference--and in this case, they really stepped up. The onsite workers gave out confidential information to unauthorized people. Once the project was complete, the product has broken repeatedly and contacting a human to arrange for repair has been a nightmare. Ultimately the company told us to find another vendor to fix their work which we will have to pay for out of warranty. Not a good experience.

When they came out to fix it the guy basically wanted to argue that the new powder coated lock would rust like the other but replaced it anyway...although both parts to it were crooked. They did fix the portion to make it close appropriately which is great. Was a bummer that is was like pulling teeth to have the warranty work done after it was installed incorrectly. Salesman really seemed to question my integrity about the situation until I sent him pics. Love the gate now just wished I had a better experience working with this company.

Worked with AG on a multipart/day project where he and his team expanded a slope, built a retaining…read morewall around that slope, carved out a section for gravel + wood stairs, and then backfilled the top with 1/4 clean crush gravel for a low maintenance finish. I added descriptions for each picture but you can tell there was a lot of care and detail that went into leveling out the area, digging out the soil, moving it to the wall area, and getting that pretty square corner out of these curved blocks! The right side of the stairs (looking at it) is sloped and supported by the dirt that's also supporting the retaining wall. The left side is a sharp dirt edge which we left like that with a bit of a gap for a future fence, so no point smoothing it out. Very communicative, happy to make adjustments, double checked that everything was well explained before working on it, and reasonably priced. They got this job done in no time and made some intense work look easy, highly recommend.
