I was really disappointed with the service during my recent visit. The overall pace of the meal was incredibly slow, and our table felt completely forgotten about. Our drinks were empty for quite a while before we could finally track someone down to get refills. To make matters worse, no one ever came by to check up on us or see how our food was after it was dropped off. It was unsatisfying to sit with empty glasses and have to actively hunt for assistance just to get basic service. The staff needs to be much more attentive to their tables. read more

Been here twice and it hasn't disappointed me yet. The Lunch Specials are pretty awesome, and CHEAP! Today I got the Lunchbox Combo which includes a Caesar or House Salad, a Heckuva Slice of Cheese Pizza (add toppings for $.99 each) AND a fountain drink. At $10.59, it's a steal of a deal, especially when the portions are really generous. The ambiance is very casual and cozy. Service is always wonderful as we are always taken care of in a timely manner. Employees here are so friendly and make sure you are satisfied. We ordered the El Diablo Shrimp Pasta, and the flavor was nice and spicy, which I enjoyed. However, I did find something black in my pasta. I asked the waiter about it, and she mentioned it was a black chip, but after that I just didn't feel comfortable continuing to eat it. The boneless chicken wings were good and crunchy, and the service was okay overall. I guess this is a pretty popular local spot but, I wasn't impressed in the least. We met friends here for dinner last night and were seated in this tiny corner of the restaurant where the wall juts out, leaving no space for your chair to move around and a booth on the other side. We ordered waters, a prickly pear margarita and a Bellini. The cocktails were awful. The margarita was so sour that I only drank half of it. My husband's Bellini had so much alcohol in it that it wasn't enjoyable. Total miss. Our server came over for drinks, took our food orders, then disappeared for an entire hour, not filling drinks once. The host had to come by and refill. They also "ran out of ice"...which I think was likely code for "someone dropped something in the ice machine, so they had to get rid of it all. After waiting about 45 minutes for our food, it came and there was absolutely no space on the table for the pan pizzas. The sausage sandwich was smothered in cheese. The house salad was on the tiniest plate ever, pushing food off of it with my fork during every bite. The food was pretty good, but that's the only reason for any stars at all. The bathrooms are in shambles. This place needs a serious remodel. I would never recommend this place. Just an overall bad experience. read more

Our trip to Oreganos was great! We were celebrating my mother in laws birthday. We sat at a wonderful large booth that fit the 5 of us very comfortably. The decor and the music were very welcoming. We were greeted warmly by our server who was very friendly and attentive. We ordered our drinks. (Sangria, Sprite, Margarita, and waters) No complaints! Very good! We ordered our meals. Kids pizza, meatball sub, Diablo shrimp pasta. The pizza was okay, a little soggy and no crisp other than the crust ends. My son didn't really care for it. I ordered the Diablo Shrimp Pasta. The chipotle cream sauce is delicious! The shrimps were huge which I loved. The garlic bread, amazing! I was sweating from the heat but it was so tasty that I was okay sweating through this meal! LOL My fiancé ordered the meatball sub. It was HUGE! The meatballs were large, the bread was perfectly crisp, and the cheese was so gooey. Perfect sub! Our server was kind but definitely rushed. It was our first time ever going, so it would have been better to receive an explanation on the menu, favorites, etc, but we chose the deep dish and fried ravioli. The salad was fresh, and the cannolis were good. Their take on a deep dish is much different than Chicago. Went in for happy hour today , the service was excellent! The bartender was managing the bar and a 25 top and was on point. Football was playing on the television the restaurant was busy but calm, and the music wasn't to quiet or to loud. I got the tini zucchini and the brisket ravioli bites, both were delicious. Throughout my wait for my order, she seemed completely disengaged and unhappy about being there. Her demeanor was quite unfriendly, and I frequently overheard her using inappropriate language, which was particularly concerning for what I understood to be a family-friendly establishment. Beyond her general attitude, I also observed what appeared to be unprofessional behavior with another male to-go employee. While I don't want to jump to conclusions, their interactions seemed overly familiar and frankly, inappropriate for a workplace setting, especially in view of customers. I understand that everyone has off days, but the combination of her unfriendliness, inappropriate language, and what I perceived as unprofessional conduct made for a very uncomfortable experience. Wow! This was my first time ever dining at an Oregano's. We walked in and immediately got escorted to our table by a very kind hostess named Chasie. Then, we were warmly greeted by our server, Giselle. Giselle made sure our drinks were always filled to the top! She had great recommendations for us; we ordered the Boom dip, the stuffed rig a tony, and a pepperoni pizza! We also ordered a pizza cookie to go, and I cannot wait to try it - it looks delicious! A cute old school pizza parlor. I remember coming here a few years back and giving it another try because i remember liking it so much. This time around though, the service and food was just okay. I ordered the Hakuna Piccata (Two large chicken breasts lightly breaded and baked served over fettuccini with a lemon caper butter sauce). This was a little too citricy/zesty? The lemon flavor was too overpowering i couldn't taste anything else. I also got the Mango Tango but it wasn't as good as it was back in the day. Build your own pizza was bland as well. I made an online order for a simple salad at oreganos, salad wise it's decent. Service wise was a different story. I am not a person to tip on a to-go order when all they do is hand me my food and that clearly made the lady upset because I came in and paged and she said I had to wait until 7 to get my food, 7 rolls around and she picks my food up from the to-go counter that has been sitting there since I've been there!
