He showed me how to set up my dies (the ones I bought) , showed me what not to do for every step of the process, showed me what it looks like when you make various mistakes, and showed me how to correct those mistakes. To cap off the lesson he had me clean, de-prime, resize, trim, deburr, prime, fill and seat 5 rounds of .223 (the ammo I will reload) to make sure I had the process down. He answered every question I had, and answered ones I didn't even know to ask. I feel like I got 6 months of experience crammed into my head in that short period of time. Fantastic.
