Not only do my eyebrows looks great but Sumbul takes the time to do my hair the way I want and she makes sure that her clients are happy. Their prices are very very reasonable and she works with your schedule. I have a VERY unpredictable and hectic schedule and I'm always graciously welcomed as I come in frantic needing my hair or eyebrows done quickly. Come here! You WILL NOT be disappointed. Sumbal and her team did a wonderful job with makeup and hair for my wedding day. They did glam for myself as well as several family members. The girls were on time and professional. I felt that they did such a great job making everyone feel beautiful and done up despite a range of hair types, skin tones and style preferences. The girls were also very efficient and even able to fit in 2 extra hair do's. I also had Sumbal come back in the evening to do a touch up for me for a different look. Worst experience I've ever had. The lady cutting my hair was too distracted with her own hair that was in the process of being dyed when I scheduled my appointment to give my hair the attention it needed. After shampooing my hair TWICE, there is still shampoo left in it and a lot of it. After telling her TWICE, that my hair looks uneven here I am at home with my hair still completely uneven and choppy. There was no product added to my hair before completely frying it with a dryer (drying so close to my hair it was pretty much touching it) and then said my hair is reallly dry. I went to this salon because I got a Groupon coupon and wanted to get highlights done. The wait was not bad but my highlights are a hot mess. When she removed the foils from my hair and I went to the chair after having my hair washed ....my hair was FALLING out! I've had highlights done at other salons and never has my hair fallen out. I was scared but luckily it stopped. My highlights came out so uneven, they are lighter from the top of my head and the rest is dark and brassy. I am so unhappy with these highlights. Yes my hair is black so I understand dark hair is hard to highlight but I've had it done before NO PROBLEM! Now I have to decide what to do because I don't like these highlights at all. Very disappointed and I won't be going back. Be careful going here. I guess that saying is right... you get what you pay for. Horrible experience. read more

Excuse my puffy eyes in the picture but I had to show what I'm talking about. I have been here twice. I bought a Groupon for 6 eyebrow threadings. It's a nice salon in a nice area. I took off 3 stars for the following reasons: 1. Both times I have come the lady in the salon is not the warmest or inviting person. I feel like I should feel welcomed every time I come into your business whether I have bought a Groupon or not. I normally continue going to businesses if I I like them after I have used my Groupon. I feel like I am inconveniencing her every time I come in. 2. My eyebrows have never matched after she threads them. One is always noticeably thicker than the other and has a different shape. I have to fixed the smaller eyebrow with makeup because it's that far off. 3. Is simply because I have had mix matched eyebrows twice. If you offer a service make sure you are doing your best. You have several competitors in this market. That may be the reason you are having to put your services on Groupon because you won't build a consistent cliental if the work is not consistent. read more

I found this salon through Groupon while searching for a nearby place to get my eyebrows threaded. The Groupon never mentioned that I needed to make an "appointment" so I decided to walk in on a weekday before noon. When I arrived, only the receptionist was there and she told me I needed to come back later because the lady that does the threading will be back in an hour. Even though it was only a 15 minute drive from my apartment, it was still an inconvenience. Maybe I should've ASKED if the lady that does the threading was in when I called that day to make sure the salon was open. The person that answered simply told me it was open so of course I assumed someone would be there to thread my brows. Anyways moving along. I came back the next day to get my eyebrows done; Waited about a good 15 minutes because the lady was working on a male client's brow. I was watching her and felt relieved because she was taking her time and was focusing on details. Well, I was wrong. When it came to my turn, I literally had only sat in her chair for less than 2 minutes and she says"done". I looked in the mirror and noticed she missed so many areas and my eyebrows looked uneven. I mentioned it to her and she seemed annoyed and attempted to fix it but made it worse so I didn't want her "fixing" it anymore. I'm not sure if I'm the only one that was treated like this but my experience was not that great here. The lady was definitely rushing when it came to my brows. I still have 2 more groupons left for this place but I don't think I will be returning. I'm now just waiting for my brows to grow back evenly.. read more

I read many good reviews and then bought a groupon for this salon and wass pleasantly surprised with the results of my hair. I say I was surprised because I wasn't expecting it to come out this good. I've had some bad experiences from Groupon purchases in the past but when you have three kids and on a budget, any discount is good. I'm so glad I went with this salon and met DeeDee. I came in with orange-ish hair that grew out like 6"(Covid hibernation), so top part was black and bottom part was orange-ish. I told her I want honey brown color baby highlights to blend in with the orange bottom and she said she will tone down the orange too. Ok...let's go! She was fast, efficient, and thorough with the highlights and cut. She was not too talkative but I'm totally ok with that, I'm not too talkative either. Three hours later, wow, my hair looked so much better, and so much healthier too; I can't stop looking at the mirror! Thank you DeeDee! I bought a groupon for TWO eyebrow threading sessions. I redeemed ONE session last Friday and in addition I paid for chin waxing AND a full process hair color. The lady was very nice and did an excellent job on my eyebrows and chin HOWEVER- my hair now looks WORSE than it did before. I came in with faded auburn/blonde color and left the salon with black roots and faded auburn/blonde ends. I paid full price AND left a hefty tip just to realize when I got home that the entire bottom half of my hair is still faded auburn.... I'm now having to go somewhere else get my hair dyed again CORRECTLY. Waste of money. I DO NOT recommend this place for ANY chemical processes. ONLY come here for eyebrows and waxing. read more

They do threading and the woman who does mine has helped me get them back from a horrible experience elsewhere when they were nearly waxed all the way off. She is also quick. She knows what I want and doesn't push products on me. My only issue is the parking , lack of parking spaces I could say. They also do hair here too. I asked her to change my lipstick color which was too nude for my skin color she applied new color on old color instead removing the old color. If customer doesn't like the lip color you can't force her to keep that color. she was in hurry to leave. Didn't take her time to spray my hair at the end. Highly highly disappointing, I don't usually write reviews for bad services but you can imagine what a disaster of a haircut it would have been to make me put this effort. I went with an appointment scheduled well in time, then I was made to wait 1hour and even after the wait the assistant cuts my hair. Didi was not even courteous enough to respect that someone waited for the service for 1hr beside the appointment so she should not just take that for granted. Then the assistant chops the hair, then Didi comes for correction chops another inch and a half and result can thus be imagined. Post blow dry you find out that after massive chopping the left and right side (mind you with middle parting in the hair) are not even equal. This is the return of all the wait and being polite for a long time, it will cost your hair resulting in a disproportionally chopped strands on your head (I am not using cut because its not even close to a cut) read more
