I was blessed to find Orchard Dental a few years ago and have always had excellent care here. Dr. B has always been kind, gentle and extremely knowledgeable in every area of my dental issues; he explains needed procedures and answers my questions very clearly. The hygienists are also very thorough and explain everything clearly. Dental work is not cheap but they do offer Care Credit, which has helped a bit. The office staff is very kind and professional, and the office is immaculate -- they even offer television screens to keep your mind occupied and off of the DENTAL work! Very pleased. read more

SCAMMER! Said my insurance didnt cover my two crowns. paid $1800 out of pocket just to be told by my insurance after the whole process, that I SHOULDNT HAVE PAID A DIME. After roughly a four and a half months of dealing with this dispute, I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! lol good try! And after 6 months of having the crowns one is already coming loose which I know need to find a new dentist(its been about 6 months since this incident). So Thanks for not only making me feel uncomfortable by the lack there of experience in your employees, but wasting days of my time to dispute this and provide proof of everything to my insurance, causing me physical pain with the whole process and eventually a terrible crown which i will now have to get replaced. Hope this helps someone else before they waste their time here, JUST FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST. GOOD LUCK read more

I am having a crown, put in, and in December I am having a tooth extracted, I do not know if its an age thing, or a Dentist thing I am a big chicken in my older days, I have tried to find Dentist, they all want a arm and a foot, you got to take care of your teeth. As soon as as a dentist finds out you do not have Insurance, you feel like a second class citizen. Dr. Baharloo's office does not make you feel like that, Dr. Baharloo is very kind, he calms you right down, and once more he does not hurt. They are a professional group, the staff is engaging, funny and professional at the same time. I am making payments for which I am greatful. My life I was a nurse, always had insurance and dental, an car accident will change your life. You have to learn a new game plan. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY LIE, TRY TO GET $ OUT OF YOU, AND DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DENTIST! I hate even giving them 1 star! Save your time and most importantly your $ and DONT GO HERE! The Dentist seemed really nice but told me I had gum disease and all 4s & 6s and needed to start getting deep cleanings that insurance doesn't cover. I wet to an evaluation by an outside dentist though Delta for a crown I was having trouble with and that Dentist told me I had great and really healthy gums! He said a lot of dentist use this as a way to get money out of their patients. Then 3 months after I had them redo an expensive white filling, I find out that it has a crack in it that has been causing me pain for 2 months now. I just called to tell them as the specialist who found the crack said they should have to redo it since it was so new. And Alma their office manager says: "we do really good fillings here they don't crack unless you eat really hard food, so its not our fault. She then says I'm welcome to come in and see the doctor but I will have to pay for it! I never write reviews but I don't want someone going through what I have just gone through with them for the past 4 months! read more

They are liar. Firstly, they said they would email X-ray to another Dentist but my dentist asked for picture and they just found different excuse like the internet didn't hoop up with email system and they wouldn't send the email within 30day. I offered to pay the CD or ask them to save the picture on my flash drive but they said it would be against the law. Do you think if it does make sense? Secondly, they advertised low price for X-ray and cleaning but didn't clean your teeth at all. They just bullshit and ask you why you went through the pain process to numb the teeth and clean. The priority job is to just remove the teeth and do some work and they can make the money from you.. Do you think if it is proper business philosophy? When I first went to this location I probably would've only given it 2 stars. The dentist I had, and Asian guy, I think his name was Dr. Y, was the worst when it came to personality and customer satisfaction. His demeanor left me feeling like I was wasting his time. On my next attempt at a visit, the office called and rescheduled me three different times. however, on the last time they try to reschedule me, hearing the frustration in my voice, they scheduled me with a new doctor and provided me with a free teeth whitening kit. The new dentist, Dr. Devinney, was the best! His personality was the complete opposite of the other guy. He was kind, personable, and funny. when I left the office, I felt like I was a valued client. I've had no trouble since that time. No more rescheduling. No more problems. Dr. Devinney has done a great job. I highly recommend him. read more

They are completely modern with the latest technology and very nice. What more could you want? Update 3-6-14: the front desk staff has changed and for some reason they only want to refer out to specialist that are not in my HMO Network. They sent me down to a specialist in the city of Orange and then when I asked for a second opinion they wanted to send me to Irvine. Found out through my insurance company that there is a specialist directly across the street and they did not want to send me there. It took for phone calls to finally get approved and it should not have taken that much effort. They also have become very bad about returning phone calls read more

Please beware. The admin person at this office overcharged me $1560 over the last 14 months. Simple things that were covered by my insurance I was told by this admin person were of charged to me. They are hustlers. They never reported 90% of my treatments to my insurance as they were supposed to. Why? Because they were overcharging me! The first appointment was great the dentist was fantastic and I really thought I had found a place that is trust worthy for my kids. I was scheduled a return appointment and was given the amount I was going to pay out of pocket and when I returned the amount was different (more) I had written down the amount I was suppose to pay in my calendar. When I told the receptionist she said there was nothing in the chart that showed what I was talking about. The person who gave me the quote was not there so I had to pay more for the service. It looks like I'll have to start looking again! It's disappointing because when something like this happens the credibility of the place and trust is out the door and you feel like you are being taken advantage of. read more

The first visit I had was ok there were atleast people in the front but it took over an hour after the appointment time to see me then they moved me to room to wait another half hour. The second time no one was in the front. We even called the front desk to try and get someone up there after waiting for 20 minutes no one came. Came here 3 weeks ago to get a second opinion for my dental treatment. The 2 previous dental offices had quoted me so much on dental crowns. I came here because they were having a free exam and X-rays special. Upon arriving, I was greeted by 2 nice ladies upfront. I filled out a couple forms, and within 15 mins I was called to the back for X-rays and exam. The assistant that helped me was very sweet and personable, made me feel very welcome. Then after x-rays the doctor walked into the room, and proceeded with my exam. The Dr who helped me had great bedside manners. He took his time on explaining to me everything I needed, and made me very informative on things I didn't understand when it came to my treatment. I felt very comfortable and calm considering how bad my anxiety is when it comes to dentist. He really made me feel at ease, and didn't pressure me like the other dental offices did. I was having a lot of pain on one of my molar teeth that needed a crown. When the treatment estimate was presented to me, I couldn't believe how much cheaper their price for crowns was. Compare to the last two offices I had gone to. Mind you I have no insurance, so i had to pay everything out of pocket. I really wanted to at least complete the crown on my molar tooth, so I asked the Dr if we could at least do the crown. So he started the molar tooth crown that same day, the whole process took about an hour and a half. He was very gentle, and everything went smoothly. I returned 2 weeks later to get my permanent crown cemented. It took about 30 mins, and finally it's completed. I'm so glad I came here, I already scheduled for the rest of my treatment. By far, the best customer service I have ever received from everyone at this office. Thank you so much for making this process easier for me, as I have been putting this off for the longest due to my anxiety. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you!!! Paid only $20 for the exam with coupon.It had been a long time since i had been to the Dentist. i knew i was going to need a lot of work from the get go. I arrived there 10 mins before my appointment and was taken 5 mins right after i filled out my paperwork. The girls in the front were wonderful and very friendly. They made feel welcome right away. Dr. Yue was the doctor who did my exam, he was great! He was very patient with all my concerns. Took his time in explaining the procedures i needed done.
