They promised to match the color of the back windows but they did not do. When I questioned, instead of rectifying the issue, they said they will remove the film and give the money back, Knowing, they are going to damage the car, i refused. They tried to convince me the color looks different because there is light reflection from the windshield and that's the reason it looks different. Then they started arguing with me accusing me of drinking and driving and said will call Cops on me, and I said go ahead. Then they used a racial slur on me, calling me DIRTY INDIAN, which is despicable. later I called them on the phone to let them know the color difference is evident when I look from inside of the car, and then they said its because the rear windows are factory tinted and that's why they cant match the color. Why would they not say this to me at the time of giving the order. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, especially for the racial traetment. Am I still living in CANADA.

At $200 for a full detailing, I expected a lot and this place delivered. It was the first time I…read morehad my 5-year-old sedan detailed and they did a thorough job removing the salt stains on the carpets and various blemishes on the upholstery. The consoles and exterior were gleaming. My only problem was that I chose to do this in the middle of winter (rookie mistake) so my seats were wet for days. You really need a good amount of sun and warmth to dry the upholstery after a deep shampooing...two things in short supply in February in Toronto. I probably would not spend another $200 anytime soon...it's a lot, and the tip is extra. They have lighter touch, cheaper options that I might eventually try...it depends on how many Coffee Crisp crumbs I sit on over the next 5 years.
