My husband purchased me a car mounted Dashboard Apple car play screen with dash/backup cameras as a gift for a very long drive I'm about to take. I reached out and John was amazing made a very reasonable quote that my husband said "Done!" There times that they were available were always very reasonable (who is open till 7 pm on a Saturday? Thank you for that made doing other errands easier) Apparently Carl is the electronic specialist that actually installed my equipment. It is beautiful. It works great. I didn't even know that both cameras recorded at the same time and I can see everything they were wonderful to show me that everything worked before I left. I highly recommend using them if it's something you're looking to do.

From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and clearly knew what they were doing. The final result was super clean -- no bubbles, no streaks, and the cut was precise. They walked me through the different tint options without pressuring me, and I appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and durability. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and not just rushing people through. It's rare to find a shop that treats every car like it's their own -- but that's exactly the energy here. If you're thinking about getting your tints done, this is the spot. Straight up.

After reading reviews of other tinting companies, I chose Mr Tint because their business has a website, they were able to provide a verbal quote over the phone and I was able to book an appointment time in advance. It took roughly 2 hours to tint 3 windows which is the time that was estimated. The "Do not roll down windows" stickers were really useful during the setting period which they recommend 3 to 5 days. I am 100% satisfied with the final result and would highly recommend Mr Tint. Pros Able to make an appointment in advance, the owner uses Whatsapp. Free wifi in customer lounge. They provided a 10year warranty. For windshields they said this warranty does not apply, as windshields are not allowed to have any tinting according to Ontario laws. Cons The technician stuck 3 stickers directly onto my odometer, which I certainly did not appreciate. I have emailed the owner to advise the technician to avoid doing this in future. Did not provide a written quote, the technician only provided a verbal quote. Customers cannot see the work being completed. They drive your car to the back of the shop. I would have preferred to watch the work being completed. The shop is located in an industrial area, with nothing nearby. Most customers simply waited in the lounge area with a couch and cable TV. Protip - If I had known they were going to remove and not be able to re-install my dashcam and 407 transponder, I would recommend removing all stickers yourself prior to the appointment. For example I had a Police traceable sticker, and now that it has been removed I cannot reapply this sticker. Cost of work $350.

When I questioned, instead of rectifying the issue, they said they will remove the film and give the money back, Knowing, they are going to damage the car, i refused. They tried to convince me the color looks different because there is light reflection from the windshield and that's the reason it looks different. Then they started arguing with me accusing me of drinking and driving and said will call Cops on me, and I said go ahead. Then they used a racial slur on me, calling me DIRTY INDIAN, which is despicable. later I called them on the phone to let them know the color difference is evident when I look from inside of the car, and then they said its because the rear windows are factory tinted and that's why they cant match the color. Why would they not say this to me at the time of giving the order. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, especially for the racial traetment. Am I still living in CANADA.

We spoke…read moreon the phone where I provided the details about make and model, Ronin was to call me back after trying to source the glass and confirm everything (I drive a 2006 so procurement was a potential issue). Seeing as this was a Wednesday and I'm employed my day was filled with meetings and I missed Ronin's call back. At 330pm (initial call at 9am) I called back expecting to have my window missing overnight, only to learn that they had taken the initiative and purchased the glass without my confirmation. I was then able to head to the shop where the service was completed. The service itself was top shelf with a high attention to detail and standard. The whole experience was a pleasure and the price, especially in the context of the accommodation and Ronin taking the risk of ordering the glass, was to put it lightly reasonable. I would recommend Ronin to anyone who is in need of their services and will certainly recommend to anyone who will listen.
