The job itself only took about 45 minutes (as scheduled), and I was able to work on my laptop in the waiting room in the meantime. Initially, I was a little skeptical given the really affordable price point, but the work was professionally completed and my new windshield has held up well (1 month later and so far so good). The owner even accidentally misquoted me $20 less than what I should've been quoted (due to a miscommunication re: a rain sensor), but he honoured the price he initially gave me via RAQ given our conversation / text receipts. He was very courteous. I'd highly recommend this business.

On June 3rd I picked up our new addition from the dealership and made an appointment with David to have the car dropped off the same day for a full car PPF wrap. I had many quotes from various other places and Wraptors was the best price and most professional. My wife and I arrived at the shop gave David a call to let him know that we are here since it is appointment only during this time due to Covid 19 and we felt very safe with their rules and guidelines. The shop is also very clean and tidy. David gave us a time line for approximately 1 week for the car to be ready which we didn't mind as long as the car was wrapped with PPF properly we didn't want a rush job. Fast forward one and a half week as we picked up the car on Friday and we were amazed with the work that David and his team performed. The work performed was performed flawlessly we can't even tell that there is PPF on the car unless someone tells you. We thought this would be a great investment as we plan to keep the car for years to come. When we picked up there car David also mentioned that there will be a follow appointment 1 week later for them to do an inspection and point out any flaws if any so they can fix it or touch them up. We are very satisfied with their service and communication. I will definitely recommend Wraptors Vaughan to my friends and family.

With that said, the worst cliches of anti-service 'service' or repair shops came true. 1- They demand a $25 credit card deposit when you book an appointment. Who else does that? Do not agree to this. Here is why: 2- Whoever took the appointment had booked me in the wrong category. 3- The person at the desk there was quite rough around the edges. It is not that his demeanour and diction were quite lacking, but he had no customer service skills either. 4- The man claimed he cannot take me in because of the error. He could not explain how it happened. He also could not explain why the person who was going to work on my car (in the wrongly booked category) could not instead do my work with the time he had been freed up at. 5- His solution was for me to leave my car there for the day and they would see if they could get to it that day. I would not even if he had been polite, courteous or analytical about any of it. Not only an apology was not forthcoming, I can assure any readers that they did not do 'glass' here and are evidently not 'speedy' here.
