Well this is one of those. This Woollies has the distinction of going from one of the best Woollies in 2013 to (in my experience) the worst. Badly maintained produce, rarely stocked shelves, stock in the wrong place... it's a bit of a shambles. The staff are generally okay with a couple of really exceptional register and shelving staff that are the saving grace of the experience here. The major exception to this is a large island lady with short red hair that habitually snatches your card off you when you pay and thinks it's funny to mock customers that have trouble at the self service checkout. If there were a Coles here I would drop this place like a led balloon but it's the only action in town.

After going through the checkout the price she charged me seemed excessive for what I had bought so I immediately checked the receipt . Upon checking I saw the price of the sauce was $25. I was still in the store at the checkout and asked for a refund which they refused. I asked for a credit for the next week when I did my shop and she refused . I could only exchange it for something else so had to go searching for something I really didnt need for $25. I could understand if it was fruit or veg and I had left the store but I was still in the store and the product was in a jar. Wont be shopping here again

I couldn't believe what I saw - fresh, crisp fruits and vegetables and that too at prices cheaper than anywhere else. Amazed at the variety of offerings as well as the prices, I recommended this to other family and friends. The staff is friendly and is ready to help you in every possible way. They even have a variety of freshly baked goods .Love the Pizza bases and the wraps. They also have a variety of herbs and spices available from different countries. The staff is extremely friendly and is always ready to help even if you don't know (the original name of) exactly what you are looking for. One thing that I noticed is that they have a lot of space and could do with adding more stock as many aisles look a bit empty. Adding more stock would increase their day to day sales and turnover. They also stock freshly made chapattis and other snacks/sweets made by housewives at home.
