I'm truly happy with Elite service and I would recommend to all my single friends bc Elite really cares about their clients and tried their best to facilitate a match of your desires. They even offer coaching and advices for those who need it. Yes, it took a little time to get exactly what I wanted but it was totally worth it. In reference to Mike C comment below, my experience with Elite is exactly opposite then what he has written. Sherri/CEO has handpicked her entire staff whose genuinely sincere, kind, and professional. They definitely have found what I'm looking for and then some!!! I'm impressed at the stories and pictures of happy couples that have led to many happy marriages. Julia is an amazing matchmaker, and in it for the right reasons. Julia truly is passionate about…read morewhat she does and loves helping people find love, and has been matchmaking professionally for over 20 years. If you are a busy professional who is short on time, if you are tired of searching at bars, online dating, and just waiting for "something to happen", I highly recommend Julia. Worst case scenario, you are right where you started. Best case, you find the love of your life! What do you have to lose? ;) Julia has different service options for matchmaking include being a paying client, where she will make finding a match a priority and find you multiple dates (if needed) within your specifications. She also works with other matchmakers in the area to help find your perfect match. The other option is being a member in her database for 1 year, which is $210. So! How the process works: first, you must check out her website and fill out a signup form. This will probably take you around 10 minutes, and asks the basic questions about you (education, do you smoke, want children etc. ), and a few short questions about what you are looking for in a partner. Also, this asks you to attach 2 photos. No selfies! If you have no good photos, worry not. She has a photographer that can take some good shots for your profile if you decide to sign up. From here, you wait for an email and possibly get on a call. Once you interact with Julia, and if she decides to take you on as a client, she let's you know that she will inform you once she has someone for you or is meeting the database members. The 1-on-1 meetings are approximately 30 minutes at her office in Mission Viejo. This meeting is for her to get to know you, see what your personality is like, and see what you look like since photos can sometimes be misleading (sometimes people look way better in person, and visa versa). Originally I went in wanting to be a paying client, but Julia was very honest and straightforward with me (which I love), and told me that she did not have a lot of options in my age range in her database at the moment, and did not want to just take my money. This spoke volumes to me, and showed that she is not in this business just for money, and that she truly has integrity. So from here, I went with the 1-year database. And I'll be honest, I felt that it could be months before I was matched with someone, I did not know what to expect. But boom! Within 2 weeks of meeting her, Julia had a wonderful match for me (whom I am still seeing). I actually just introduced a friend to Julia's matchmaking service, and she is going on her first date this Friday! I definitely recommend Julia, what do you have to lose! ;)

They offer great coaching through every step of the journey. It is very pricey for 6-8 dates, costing approximately $1,000.00. Clearly I was at my wits end when I came here and signed up. The representative that met with me in Irvine was genuinely friendly and a good listener. However, don't give them your work number because they will call you on lunch break and that is not an appropriate conversation at all to have with them in your cubicle. UNLESS you happen to have a closed door office where you can talk with them quickly, it is not worth risking getting in trouble. It's Just Lunch says they screen their candidates and won't sign you up unless they feel like they have actual good matches for you. I can't foresee them turning people away unless they were creepy. I also felt reluctant to be set up with someone who is divorced and had a kid and even said so, but they were encouraging me to meet up with said candidate. Besides relocation, that was part of why I felt the need to put their services on hold for 9 or so months which they enabled me to do. The guy they introduced me to was nice enough, around my age range, but unfortunately we did not develop the kind of chemistry that brings you to dating exclusively. He was kind enough to treat me to 2 great meals and accompany me shopping, even though he was a busy, 3rd year law school student. As for It's Just Lunch Corporate, who I tried to get permission to waive the $200.00 to transfer my membership fee from OC to Boston, ha. Did they get back to me from 3.5 weeks ago (almost a WHOLE month)? Hell no! Not yet! And for paying the exorbitant fee above, I EXPECT MORE! (Update: on second try to the corporate office, the lady apologized and was able to extend my hold for me 4 more months, but couldn't waive the expensive $200.00 transfer fee). I have over seven years of nannying experience, five years of teaching experience, and more. I have a B/S in childhood development as well as my MAT. When I began my search for a nanny-family in LA, I did my due diligence by shopping around looking at multiple agencies. I found that Michelle had the TOP RATED AGENCY ON MULTIPLE SITES and wanted to take a closer look. I read through every. single. review. I thought to myself, "Really? Every single person had a positive experience with this agency? That's just not statistically possible if she's really working with this many people..." I decided to set up a meeting. I drove to her office where we met to discuss particulars (what I'm looking for, what families are in the market for a nanny right now, what ages/salary/commute/hours I'm looking for) and the moment she opened the door and greeted me with a giant smile and her upbeat, positive attitude, I felt like just working with HER was my perfect placement! Once we started the process, Michelle was completely professional while also refreshingly honest and realistic in her suggestions. She really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and she only suggested me to families that she knew had the potential to be a "love match!" After looking at a few potential matches, Michelle called me to tell me that she had "found my family!" She said, "This is the one. Please go for an interview and see for yourself." So I did. This is the part of the review where I'm going to get annoyingly emotional. Not only did the family and I immediately "click," but Michelle had made sure that all of our stats were in alignment. The age range, schedule, amount of hours, commuting time, pay rate, expectations and needs happened to all align with what I was looking for. It was LITERALLY the PERFECT PLACEMENT!!!! Coincidence? I think not. Michelle is highly intelligent, professional, personable, understanding, diligent, experienced, communicative, and pleasantly charismatic and I owe my job satisfaction directly to her. Now that I think about it, maybe I should send over a bottle of wine. Thank you, Michelle, for just being so incredibly good at what you do. As I mentioned earlier, when I started this process, I read through every one of your (5 star) reviews and thought, "There's just no way every single review can be five stars..." and now here I am adding one more.

After being on the hunt for my top nanny job with a kind family for many months and it wasn't happening I was getting ready to move out of state. I mentioned to Michelle that I'm no longer looking for a position as it doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Michelle didn't give up on me. She called me with 2 opportunities.
