if i could leave zero stars i definitely would... i rented the big pavilion for my gender reveal…read morefor august 29th & they approved it august 11th along with confirmed the payment was received, i get there yesterday to start setting up & they had gave our reservation to another family i just so happen to know from out of state that had just gotten here 2 days prior, they then tried to tell me i never paid for it when i showed proof in my account that i had paid for it aswell as a confirmation email that they only send after they've received the payment. they then proceeded to just not at all accommodating me & i ended up having to have my gender reveal UNDER THE BATHROOMS under the concrete slab. i'm beyond pissed & they ruined my entire day, i cried almost my entire gender reveal because my decorations couldn't even come out right because the space was literally horrendous. i had 2 tables for EVERYTHING i had to set up, & only had AT MOST 10 chairs for a party of 60+ people to "sit in".... i will NEVER rent this space for another important event.

The directions are wrong, it will take you to the rear of the park on Union Ave, to a dead end street where locals dump stuff. Once you reach Union Street, go one more block to Banks Street, it will take you to Ruby and Banks Street, where there is a parking lot between the Senior Center & the Community Center, that is the actual correct address, and the front entrance to the park. There are restrooms between the football and baseball field, but they were locked when I went super early in the morning. Nobody was there when I went because the sky was incredibly overcast, weather man said we were expecting severe thunder storms, hence the dark photos.

The dog park is just a big fenced-off Square except for the fact that they brought the fence line in and around the two big trees that should be inside the dog park. But on both sides they literally took the fence line in about 10-12 ft and then back out so that the tree was on the outside of the dog park? Because trees are scary to dogs like that? There is a very nice water feature and a poop bag dispenser and trash can. There's also a very nice light post right in the middle of a dog park as well as a couple benches for you to sit on. But other than that there's nothing but wide open space for your puppy to run and enjoy itself

Two parking lots, one by dog park, one by football & baseball field. FYI THIS PARK IS DIRECTLY NEXT TO MAGNOLIA CEMETERY, WHICH EXPLAINS WHY IT IS SO QUIET & SECLUDED. That is the only negative thing I can say about the park, the Cemetary, but other then that this park is fantastic.
