Before any work is done, they go over your record, asking if there have been any changes to your health, current medications, etc. They're always asking "Are you okay?" or "Do you need anything?" or just stop when you signal to ask a question or take a breather. They never "dismiss" you and listen very carefully to anything you need to convey. (That's a HUGE plus in my book!) Compassion & quality time are first and foremost. Their finance department makes all the charges understandable and will set up the best possible payment plan for you, if that is what you need. If I could give TEN stars I would!

Perform procedures w/o customer's prior knowledge of cost. Lie about cost. Complete disregard for how their incompetency and errors very negatively impact the patient. -------FAKE nice. Manipulative. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Never take accountability or apologize for wrong-doings and excessive "mistakes." No empathy. Always trying to cover their 'you know what.' Practices like this should be reported to appropriate agencies and even sued. UNCONSCIONABLE.

I've seen two hygienists and would return happily to either of them. They do a thorough clean and always make sure I'm up to date on X-rays. I see the dentist once a year and although I can't remember his name, he's great. I haven't been upsold on anything and it doesn't seem like they make any recommendations without actual need. The office did forget to check me in during my last appointment, so despite my being on time I was brought in 15 minutes late. Other than this annoyance it's been a great experience thus far.

She then asked what kind of insurance I have, and I said I only have Medicaid--but again, I reassured her that I understand they don't accept it and that I am willing to pay out of pocket. To my surprise, she said she still couldn't accept me because I have Medicaid. I felt completely discriminated against. She even told me it would be too expensive for me. I responded, "Is it because I have Medicaid, and you assume I can't afford it? Do you not believe I'm capable of paying?" What a terrible first impression. The dentures have broken more than 9 times and how they fixed them was to super glue and staple them and hand them back to me. I wish i knew how to post pictures to show there workmanship. I finally found someone else to get help, when they saw what they did to me they told me that the pins that they screwed into my jaws to hold the dentures in were put in the wrong places and every time i would bite down they would rock the denture and break them. She also made the bottom denture to look like buckteeth the new dentist thought it looked like a joke. I know that everyone has their own opinion as far as someone else's workmanship, I am very happy with the work the second dentist has done for me for less than a third of the price of what they charged me.
