BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!…read more I have always had THE best experiences at this office (lol which I am sure you never hear about a Dentist office simply because of the reasons for going). Rita, my dental hygienist is amazing, it has NEVER been uncomfortable or feel like it's taking forever when she cleans my teeth. Everyone is always so incredibly nice and you can see they really work as a team. I had an emergency this past weekend and was able to reach out, got a quick call back from Dr. Samantha Ward, got an appointment the next day, met with her and some other team members and figured out the problem and took steps to get a casting done asap for a mouth guard. I would highly recommend the office to everyone! They also seem to take all different types of insurance which was good because I didn't have the best when I first went.

I've been a patient here for several years and there's a clear pattern of unethical behavior. Years…read moreago, I had a cavity filled that didn't hurt before but caused ongoing pain afterward. When I returned, they took an X-ray to address their mistake and then charged me $200 for it. The tooth still bothers me to this day. More recently, I was told they accepted my new insurance, had work done, and was later charged $500 because they "never accepted" it--despite admitting they knew that beforehand. They told me I was out of luck and that they don't work with my insurance because situations like this happen. On top of that, my dentist was switched to her sister without my knowledge, and after a routine filling I was in pain for weeks. Overall, this office is dishonest and I would not trust them

I saw Dr Connor for a surgical extraction. I was very nervous because I had been through several…read morebad dental appointments. He was very kind to me and had my tooth out in less than 2 minutes. I also saw him for a follow up because I wanted to make sure I was healing normally. My extraction was probably the quickest easiest and most pain free appointment I have ever had in my life. If I could rate him separately from his office I would have gave 5 stars. I took off one star, because it was upsetting to me on a day that I was already going to lose a tooth, to be made to fill out insurance info with my hands shaking and close to tears just for a woman to tell me after I already filled it out "we don't accept your insurance and we told your dentist office when we made the appointment that we weren't taking your insurance" in a not very kind tone. So after filling that out for nothing I am rifling through my purse to see if I have enough cash because nobody told me they didn't take my insurance when we spoke on the phone to confirm my appointment. I only had 200 with me so I had to put the rest on the credit card. They took my cash and then charged the 200 I paid them to my credit card also. So later when I got home with gauze in my mouth and bleeding I got a call from them and had to give them the card number again so they could credit me back. Also, while I was in the chair and before the extraction Dr Connor's assistant began to apply the numbing gel for the shot to the wrong tooth on the wrong side and that really freaked me out and made me think they planned to extract the wrong tooth but the Dr knew right away and said so, it was not his mistake at all only hers.
