Everything about my experience here, at a dentist, was as good as I could hope for it to be. So, where do I begin? He didn't sneeze in my mouth, he didn't ask questions while I had fingers in my mouth, and he didn't do any annoying scraping. Beyond that, though, he really took a personal interest in me as a patient. He asked about my life without prying and went as far as to call and check on me the night after my surgery. You're probably wondering why I would even choose to review a dentist. I asked myself the same question. The truth is, I was so satisfied with the personal attention I received here that I wanted other dental agonizers to know that there is a better way. So, while I hope I don't ever need to return here, I would choose this office over any other in the area for oral surgery.

When I tried to have em fix it they denied fixing the bill. I filed With the BBB and because I did this they submitted my bill to a collection agency after only 30 days of the appointment Being completed. (Only recieved 1 bill) I will be glad to call and pay the additional 145 dollars to these criminals when they open up for business tomorrow because obviously it doesn't matter how wrong they do you because they have the ability to try and ruin your 780 credit score. STAY AWAY!!!! CROOKS!!!!

I left her office without further comment . I left my previous bad review without mentioning it. I did receive an answer from corporate saying they would like to work through my complaint....Of course now office manager is ghosting my calls and I'm going to have to take my X-rays and find a new dentist. Hopefully they won't drag their feet on giving them to me

Ever since J. Blanford went on a hiatus, the office hasn't been the same, specifically the new help…read moreat the front window. Had a filling that fell out, the dark hair lady couldn't answer a straight question if her life depended on it. She said she would ask Blanford and call back (she did not call) over a week later while in the office the price went from 400-500 to 817.00. When I asked how long this one would be good for, she said they don't guarantee anything. I said what about 2 weeks, she said well if it was only 2 weeks "of coarse they could fix it". She is Fake nice. When confronted with legitimate concerns she becomes extremely argumentative. When I called and asked for a office manager she put me on hold for more than 8 minutes, I hung up and called back the phone would not ring through for another 10 minutes. Finally got her on the phone again she said they don't have an office manager and refused to communicate my concerns to Blanford. This is the treatment we got after several years of loyalty even after Blanford was unavailable and we went back to him.
