Let's be honest. No one likes dents work that involves needles, drilling, or cutting and extracting. But what we all want if we have to go through that is a practice that is kind, gentle and patient focused. These are all things that Oral Surgeons PC encompasses. I had an unpleasant situation where a tooth cracked and needed to be removed. They were great to work with, easy to set up an appointment and great to work with on billing. read more

My wife needed an emergency extraction, so we went there on the recommendation of our regular dentist. They do not accept any Medicare Supplement, which we didn't know. I thought that was what a Medicare Supplement was for. So we were responsible for the entire amount (and they are not cheap). Beyond that, she was given an antibiotic that made her vomit. When we looked up that medication, it states that it is NOT recommended for patients over 65. We are in our seventies. Apparently they are too rushed to actually deal with their patients in ANY depth. Calling the next day or so to check on her would have been helpful too. We certainly wouldn't recommend Dr. Morio, nor Oral Surgeons! read more

I had a tooth extracted at Oral Surgeons, PC in February 2020. The surgery went well. The problem that I have with Oral Surgeons, PC is that my insurance denied my claim because they don't accept Medicare. I realize that I should have checked this out prior to surgery, but I feel they could have warned me due to my age. At least I have learned a valuable lesson and that is to check if a provider accepts Medicare prior to the service. read more

I have no problem with the quality of the dental implant Dr. Frank installed. It seems to be fine. My problem is with the way Oral Surgeons, P.C. sold me the implant. They told me the implant costs $1950. With my insurance card and some personal information, they accessed my Blue Dental account and concluded my insurance would cover 50% of the cost, subject to a yearly benefit maximum of $1500. They correctly told me I had already used $763 in benefits during the year, thus reducing my implant benefit from $975 to $737. Confident of insurance assistance, I had the implant installed. Blue Dental rejected the charge, claiming they pay for implants between two natural teeth, not those next to only one, like the one I had. I could get no help from Oral Surgeons staff to dispute the insurance decision, but I received plenty of apologies for the incorrect information they gave me. They also told me I wasn't the first person to have his claim rejected. When I suggested they routinely seek insurance claim pre-approval before they install an implant, they protested. "Sometimes the insurance company gives the wrong answer." I'm amazed they prefer to give incorrect information than someone else. Dr. Frank promised to personally investigate the issue. I've heard nothing from him, but the monthly statements keep coming. I feel Oral Surgeons is much better at keeping the cash flowing in than taking real responsibility for their mistakes. read more

I have mixed reviews about this place. First of all, Dr. Schwarzkopf is great - provides excellent service. However, the customer service at the Front Desk is the worst I have ever experienced, which ruins your whole experience. The lady at the reception, Nicole, is extremely rude and unfriendly, especially, to people of other cultures.Her behavior gives the doctors' office a bad reputation. I will not go there anymore thanks to her poor service. read more

Do NOT go to this oral surgeon office. No bedside manner and no compassion for someone with ailing teeth! Sometimes people have oral problems that need addressed right away and this office is not willing to go the extra mile that those in the healthcare profession should. read more

I had 4 bone-impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Frank on July 19, and so far I've been extremely pleased. The staff is helpful and caring. The anesthesiologist was AWESOME! After a terrible experience with A---- Dental involving a crown, during which I experienced worse pain than natural childbirth, I was EXTREMELY nervous about the procedure in general. She made me feel completely at ease and she put the I.V. in perfectly the first time and left me without so much as a bruise--unlike the I.V. I got during childbirth that left both arms horribly bruised because the nurse couldn't get it into either arm and went for the wrist. After surgery I was completley lucid with only a faint memory of being told to open wider once, and a cracking sound. I'm experiencing minor discomfort, but no pain (except for laughing), and there's hardly any facial swelling! I really can't say enouh positive about this practice or the people I had contact with there! read more

Do not use Oral Surgeons PC for anything. The mission of the office staff is to bring in as much cash as possible. They have no interest in your dental health - only getting your signature so you are liable for their overpriced procedures. They will not submit treatment plans to your dental insurance until you beg them When they finally submit the treatment plan, they lie about what is required and then blame the insurance company. ........unethical and fraudulent scam artists. read more
