I contacted them through the website and the customer service person didn't say where she was from in her signature (as if embarrassed to say) and so I couldn't answer her questions. she couldn't look me up by name or email and so I had to start my complaint and explaining it all again. it's now the end of December and still no resolution on the $111.50 the y said they'd mail me (who wrote a check for a refund ‍) and I checked my bank account and nothing. it's now the end of December. Go to U-Haul for boxes!
