They have a 5 minute window for appointments until you are considered late and have to reschedule. I arrived within that window and Allyssa said she would do my wax but not my butt strip which is included in the full Brazilian wax. Butt strip takes less than 5 minutes to do and it's included in the Brazilian wax. Allyssa you and your manager must have been having a bad day that day. I always tipped you well and purchased products from your store for support bc the products are awful. This place is money hungry and the reviews are untrustworthy because it's mainly from people they know. Do not go to this place. They make you do a $30 deposit as well which is ridiculous for a wax. I found a better wax person, no deposit required and they are super clean

Wasn't greeted, the two ladies up front had complete disgusted looks on their faces, one even walked by me didn't say a word. Like greet your customers! I don't know if she was the manager but she was rude. Went to the front to look at the stands with the travel sized items, lady was tapping her nails on the counter asking if I was ready. I felt rushed and not satisfied with my visit. I have nothing against anyone but if you work in customer service especially makeup-hair and etc, seriously have a better personality, being rude doesn't help a company.
