However, I told the agent "Dan" that the 2003 Honda was the commute car and the 2015 BMW 750 was the pleasure car. "Dan" decided to make the BMW the commute car which triggered an higher rate as that car is obviously more expensive. Upon telling "Dan" this he refused to correct and compensate their willful lack of integrity. As a matter of fact I requested to speak to the owner and he was too busy to bother to talk to me. All "Dan" did was say that every protocol was followed. However, "Dan" refused to say why he intentionally chose the more expensive car as the commuter. I will be canceling both Auto and Homeowners with this company. No INTEGRITY AND NO BUSINESS ETHICS. STAY AWAY AND DON'T ALLOW THEIR LACK OF MORALS IMPACT ANYONE ELSE!!!

I work in insurance as well (on the actuarial end of things) and when I told him that, he turned the monitor on his computer where I could see it, so I could watch my auto insurance premium change as he put in all of my information. I am easily amused, so I really enjoyed this. I thought this was a pleasant and thoughtful gesture on his part. And, to top it all off, he didn't try to sell me expensive products I didn't need, and he got all of my paperwork put together quickly and correctly. There's a lot to be said for getting it right the first time.

When you go out in public with Bill to eat it usually takes over an hour for him to be able to leave, again, because he seems to know everyone everywhere we may happen to go. It all comes down to knowing the market and what choices are available, which in my experience most others do not present to their clients in such clear and concise ways to help us to make the best possible choices. Bill is not only my insurance specialist, he is my friend and I could not give a stronger recommendation.

Picking an agent is such a personal process. This person will be your go to for most queries, issues, etc. Finding the right one is sometimes a long and painful process. After an entire HAM of a fiasco with a different agent, I went back to the drawing board to find an agent in the STL area. I looked through the crystal ball that is Google. I stopped at this insurance group's page because something felt very familiar. Upon further review, I noticed that the owner of this agency used to be my mom's agent's assistant over 20 year ago! This woman has moved up in the field (and the world), but is still the most awesome, friendly, helpful, trustworthy go-getter that she always was. She works hard to make sure you have all of the coverage you need in all aspects of your life: home, auto, marine, life, umbrella... Whatever you need covered, give this office a call and they will take great care of you. With 20 plus years of experience in the industry and superb customer-focus, you need not look any further than the McCarthy Insurance Group.
