Transmission was over $10,000 shield didn't really give me any their own inspector out to check it. We are waiting on the final verdict for that, but I have been told by the service advisor at the dealership that it's no problem and had already been preapproved. I even went so far as to give me a loaner car from the dealership at no cost. I am so happy I took this coverage.

I have a policy that I didn't realize I bought for that vehicle from the Manufacture. So the Lady refused to take my cancellation. so anyways, I called and the young lady that I got refused to take my cancellation. She would not stop telling me that I don't have a manufacturer Policy so I repeatedly kept telling her it doesn't matter the reason that I'm canceling it's just that I want to cancel. I was on the phone with this woman for 20 minutes and they have you by the balls because I can't get off the phone with her because I need to cancel this so they'll stop taking the money out of my checking account and she did nothing but continue to tell me that they don't even offer my kind of policy anymore and it's such an awesome rate I mean I really tried to get it through her head. I want to cancel. I told her it doesn't matter why it's none of her business. I just want to cancel anyways like I said 20 minutes later and finally, I screamed on the top of my lungs to get her to shut up and cancel the policy need to say I will never go through carshield again and that is on them.
