I purchased tiles from star tile for a kitchen reno I was doing. From the moment I walked in, JoAn…read morewas very helpful. She let me take out as many tile samples as I needed (which she kindly put back afterwards). I took home 7 samples to show my husband (which she didn't charge me a deposit for). We decided on one which ended up needing to be ordered from Ontario. Which I was told would take 2 weeks. I made the order by phone with another women who works there (I don't remember her name). She was also very lovely. She called the supplier and got a date for the tiles. They guarantee it would arrive in 3 weeks. Since this was longer than the first timeline, I was worried it would be even longer, and I already had the contractor ready for the install. The tiles arrived on time as promised and they arranged delivery for me (also on time, no hassle). When I recieved the tiles I noticed that one of the packages was broken. I called and they said not to worry, they would reimburse me. After a bit of a scary moment (not knowing if we'd have enough for the floor because it turned out two boxes were brokwn) it all worked out. Star tile refunded me for the two boxes without any hassle. They were really great to deal with. Highly recommended.
