As previously stated, your comment that BoA awarded OSA was a blatant lie as was documented in the award letter to the customer. In effort to validate your ridiculous lie you submitted the same review a week later and changed the date of your "award" to Dec 9, a week later. I hope the public notices your misrepresentation by adding your 'update' to your previous response. With technology today any person with a mouse can see you posted a review a week ago and then when you realized...duh... I WAS WRONG!!!! you undertake the project of changing the electronically documented response to fit your 'scenario'...very laughable you think the public is so ignorant, my intention is to educate them about OSA! YES you have submitted a NEW charge to BoA on Dec 7, unfortunately for OSA, we are confidently disputing this invoice also...so any internet followers please stay tuned for the next update.!...as is typical, OSA & Alec are attempting to distort reality in attempt to justify this nonsensical correspondence. Just to recap the previous response, you admitted your nurse, against company policy, acquired use of my fathers car, a man under OSA care, with 'his' permission. He did NOT just randomly chose to offer his car, the battery was DEAD and your employee went out of the her way to get the car for her benefit....Your employee was in the wrong, you have admitted this offense and yet chose to defend this action. HOW? WHY? I am done discussing the car, OSA, you & your employee were wrong to do/allow this to occur....this seems like a common scenario of TAKING ADVANTAGE of the elderly! NEXT, you admitted the nurse, you & OSA have incompetent record keeping because you submitted erroneous and falsified invoices, and again, ALEC, you acknowledge this charge but chose to attempt to defend these actions because OSA credited proceeding invoices. WHY WOULDN'T YOU CREDIT THE CUSTOMER YOU FALSELY INVOICED? The straw that broke the camels back occurred when I documented another 'early' departure by OSA's nurse without permission or documentation, and when I inquired with OSA's coordinator, the nurse again acknowledged this violation and OSA's response was to 'validate' her departure time with an alleged text message from the nurse's boyfriend stating he was 'waiting outside' to pick her up... is this really Options for Senior America's BEST manner of timekeeping? After acknowledging another infraction and attempting to provide senseless documentation, why would any customer TRUST your invoices. Alec & senior staff made every excuse, insomuch, fabricated documents to corroborate the stories of how OSA recordkeeping is valid...from alleged phone records to a purported electronic APP which was, just so happens , was never utilized by the nurse...but suddenly when requested OSA attempted to provide fabricated and conflicting records(for an APP the nurse di NOT utilize) How did these records suddenly appear if the employee didnt follow OSA protocol & utilize the APP. These efforts are rudimentary at best and when challenged, OSA creates another document. ALEC, where are the phone records or the app documents? Although, YOU personally insisted these documents exist, OSA has NEVER provided any justifiable documentation, insomuch, OSA certainly could not provide enough documentation to BoA because OSA lost the last disputed invoice and we have confidence the verdict for latest dispute will result in our favor. Next......let me just say the word "HEARSAY" you can say 'he said...she said' all day long, let them post a review. GREAT DEFENSE hahahaha... Finally, the accusations that I am misappropriating funds...lets see your proof. This is the second posting of this accusation and will absolutely result in a legal response. Please, STOP making efforts to detract or perplex the situation with these unimpressive accusations. OSA senior staff exert too much effort covering the mistakes and falsifications by their employees. Keep making excuses and you will spend more & more time responding to negative reviews, instead OSA & ALEC would benefit by...
