The main reason I tried this shop is because I was able to book my appointment online. Bob, the owner, strategically books appointments for each person for a few hours out. Therefore, you're the only person sitting in the waiting room and he's only working on your car. Genius Idea!! No more first come first serve business because you have an actual appointment!! I booked online, received a confirmation and was sent a reminder the day of my appointment. I was greeted by Bob when I arrived and he described what he thought would look nice on my car. He even showed me examples of other cars he recently serviced that were similar. He was very customer service oriented and checked on me a few times to make sure I was okay in the waiting room. He even brought me back to check out my car after he finished the first side. I was really impressed with this young black entrepreneur. He does excellent work and is clearly a few steps above the rest with being able to book online. Prices vary, so inquire within. APPOINTMENTS ONLY! They have different levels of 3M tint here: Crystalline Ceramic IR Color Stable Obsidian Series Playing with the heat level display which gives you a tactile feeling of the heat transmissions of the tint, it felt like Crystalline blocked the most heat.

I scheduled an appointment online to tint my two front windows and had to leave a deposit to secure the appointment. That was fine because the $30 deposit was applied toward the cost of the tint work. We arrived a little early, and they were able to fit us in right away. The work was completed much faster than expected. After letting the tint cure for a week, I noticed a small issue with one of the windows. Paul told me to bring it by the shop, and he fixed it without any hassle. This is the second car I've brought to Paul and his shop in the last five years, and I'll continue coming back and recommending them to others. He walked me through the different tints he had, the quality of each tint and the percentages. LA explained the differences in pricing and gave me his professional advice on what best fit for my needs. I liked that he took the time to make sure I was ready to make appointment later that day. I arrived and he was waiting for me. He quickly showed me a few options and I decided to go with the titanium tint. I have put tint on more than a few of my cars but this was by far the most through and professional job. He took his time and when he finished I was more than pleased. He is now my go to guy for tint. Bonus he cleaned the inside and the outside windows. Don't forget to tip for good service.
