    Verizon is trash and this store is the worst I have ever been in…read more I had a phone I needed to drop off at the store for trade in value. A store associate with brown bowl cut hair and glasses refused to take my phone in store. He suggested I put it in a ups drop box around the corner. I insisted that I wanted to return it to the store because I was worried the UPS box would not be picked up or my phone would be stolen. He refused again. Well ups and Verizon can't find the shipment for my phone and I now have to pay the $400 trade value out of pocket. Don't choose Verizon. Don't go to this store. The employees are trash and would rather turn customers away than do their job.

The sales guy set up my pin to some number that was not what I chose and when I called them to fix it I was told I would have to come into that store with my id to fix it because he didn't do what he was supposed to. That would be a 45 minute drive there for no other reason. What a pain! It was encouraged I hurry up and sign up for automatic billing but I'm glad I held off on giving them access to my account for to a mix-up when I returned one phone I bought within the week. The phone I returned was not properly removed from my account and the bill I received after a month was really high! Had they had my account information, I would have been hit for double what I owed, so hold off on that until you know they got things correct for you. +In response, it had nothing to do with deals nor promotions. It had everything do do with human error, more than once, and it was a hassle to remedy.

    If there were a rating lower than one star this company would surely get it. We have been customers…read moreof this company since they bought out Charter Communications over ten years ago. We currently have internet, cable, telephone and security. At one point at the beginning of 2018 we were paying over $250 per month (and that was with only expanded basic cable - no premium channels). After many phone calls I was able to get the bill to $179 per month (for one year). A new customer can have this same "service" for under $100. Beginning three months ago we developed an interesting problem -- every single day of every week the internet will go out between noon and 1:00 pm and it will remain out for one to four hours. Some days the landline telephone will go out too. Technicians come and technicians go and the problem still persists. We have tried a new modem, we reset, unplug and disconnect each time that I call with this problem always to no avail. Also, (and you just gotta love this) each time I call with a problem the agent tries to upsell me on more products or services that I hope would work as poorly as what I already have. At this point it's a bit like giving someone money to beat me up. Update on Nov 1, 2030 -- I thought it would be appropriate to mention that the same internet problem has returned in the 2+ years since the original review. We finally got a technician who replaced our cable from the pole to our house. He said that it's a common problem in our area ..... squirrels chew on the coax cable and he showed me the teeth marks on the cable. I inquired as to why in the hell squirrels would chew on coax cable. The technician informed me that in the coax cable manufacturing process they use peanut oil. Uhh .... what could go wrong? I anticipate calling Suddenlink again in the Spring to get the cable replaced. I think it's against the law to shoot squirrels off of the telephone poles in the city limits.

    I have always had good luck with them until today. I took a new computer with the old one and ask…read morethem to transfer the itunes library to the new one. They told me that they could not do that because the music was copyrighted and I would have to download all of the music again. I was a little skeptical but they were insistent. When I got in the car I looked it up on my phone and discovered there are 4 different ways to transfer your library to the new computer. So, I came home and did it myself. So disappointed.

    I took two working computers in. I wanted them to clone my old computer and put my programs on my…read morenew computer. I got a call they were done. I went in and noticed that only one program had been transferred over, but was not the right one. I happened to turn on my old one to show them what I needed. My older computer was completely wiped out and wouldn't even bring anything up. After I asked what happened to it, Ryan proceeded to yell that I had brought it in that way. Nick had turned it on when I brought it in. Then I asked to speak to the owner. Ryan continued with his attitude that the owner wasn't there, and he wasn't giving me his number. I told him I grew up with the owner. He went to get him. Then the owner got frustrated because I did not want to bring my only working computer in to them to try again. Then he started yelling and he and Ryan both stormed out. The owner did have someone call and apologize and say they would try and make it right, but it was such an unsettling experience, I would never go back in there alone. I would have never known until I got home that my old computer wasn't working if I hadn't turned it on there. They said I have brought my computers there for years, which I have. They have always put the programs on eventually, or I wouldn't have kept going back. Besides the yelling, the fact they never told me the computer wasn't working anymore was very disappointing. So they apologized, but it was such a bad experience that I will never set foot in that place again.
