On normal - best days we can get speeds of around 270-340 mbps download and 200-220 upload, with an average ping of 37. The worst part is their customer service. It's always somebody in India, if they can't fix your problem over yhe phone (never can), they send you new equipment, which never changes or improves the service. For 2 years I've been begging for a service technician to come check our issue, but I don't know what I need because I'm not a service tech myself. While there aren't many quality internet providers in this area (Parkersburg wv) I know there's got to be something better than frontier.

I was told by a friend to take to Del's and have them look at it. In 2 days I got it back working like new and the bill was UNDER $80.00. I spent me than that at the other places and they didn't fix it. If you need any computer work done this is the place I would tell everyone to use. They also had computers for sale at very good prices. They will even build you a computer or get you a laptop what ever you want.
