We gave one of our phones to someone and was told the phone is not unlocked. We went back into the store multiple times and were pretty much told they could do nothing for us. Their customer service is absolute shit and cannot do anything. This is the biggest reason we left.

And seemed hesitant to disclose the 2 cheaper models. Then, after stating that I'd buy the Moto G Pure for $158, and having dismissed his suggestion of financing a more expensive phone, he saw that iPhone 14 had my interest, he comes from storage to inform me that they didn't have it in stock! I'd previously had a negative experience with that store. Don't recall if it was the same people, though.
