The windows that we paid for that were not fixed (closure arm) and the corner molding piece is missing now.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If I could give Optimum RV a negative number I certainly would. Suffice it to say that our RV unit has been with them for OVER ONE YEAR now... We have paid them $4964.44 in payments (including an extended warrantee they recommended) and still the work on the unit has not been completed. We took it to them in Sept 2024... In August 2025 we were told all had FINALLY been completed. When we went to check it out - nothing we could see had been completed and the had torn up the counter area around the sink. We paid for all new window closure units - none were replaced. We paid for the fridge to be repaired - part of which was submitted on a warrantee claim. Not working. The unit was covered in mud so obviously had been keep outside in a non-covered area for the past year. And yes, you read that right - it's been over a year in their system. To make matters worse... One of their employees called us to "resolve the issues". Come to find out that the main reason for his call was to get us to pay for an undercarriage spray job for an additional $700. To say this is a nightmare would be an understatement. DO NOT bring your unit here!!! Plain and simple.

This place was GREAT. From the sales people to the financial people. Even the managers. No pressure to buy but they work with you. I went in to look at a specific RV. They really worked with me on the price and I was able to purchase it. I had no idea I would walk out of there owning my RV. Loved ringing the GONG They really amazed me. Thank you for helping me in the purchase of my next RV, 3 rd, in my life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will go back again.

Honestly, I went in kind of skeptical after reading some reviews online, but after finding out the place is under new management, that totally made sense -- and I ended up being pleasantly surprised. Their inventory is massive -- acres of RVs in every size and style you can imagine. Everything was clean, organized, and well-kept. The front desk was decked out with Halloween decorations, which gave it such a fun, welcoming vibe right from the start. The staff were awesome across the board. Chase helped us out, and he was genuinely great -- friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. You could tell he actually believes in what he's doing. There was zero pressure, and he knew his stuff inside and out. It's clear they hold their team to a high standard when it comes to professionalism and product knowledge. The receptionist was really sweet and offered us drinks and snacks. There was a little play area off to the right with a cartoon on for the kids, which made it easy to focus on the paperwork without worrying. The GM was honestly the one who sealed the deal for us. He came by to check in, listened to our questions, and reassured us that we'd be taken care of -- and you could tell he meant it. He was professional, down-to-earth, and just really good with people. You can tell he runs a tight ship. (Also... not bad to look at, just saying ). They offered in-house financing, which we didn't need, but it's nice knowing they're established and solid enough to do that. And they even had treats for the dogs -- which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience just felt good -- comfortable, professional, and genuinely kind. If you're shopping for an RV anywhere in Florida, this is the place. Great selection, great people, and a great overall vibe.

NEVER but from here! PAYOFF of trade in takes over 30 days they cannot follow up on their customer service - takes 3 managers to finally get 1 to do something.. sad! I'VE HAD BETTER SERVICE AT FAST FOOD! The rv was delivered with fridge left on killed the battery. They never checked the hook up, it was totally wrong, and I had to make the drive 2 times back to 2 THEM with these gas prices for THEIR MISTAKES?! NO FOLLOW UP OR CUSTOMER SERVICES, ACCOUNTING OR SALES! HORRIBLE TRAINING ON THE FLOOR

We bought a massive used Solitude DL391. We know nothing about RV'ing and so we were really green during our walkthrough. Almost every single aspect of the sale went well. We had to fight hard to get what we wanted but for the most part we left satisfied. During the walkthrough we knew nothing about the lights and the graphs and the meters showing what was on, what was running and what the current levels were. We initially saw the RV a month before we bought it. There was damage on it after our initial viewing so they needed another 2 weeks to repair it. I am not sure how long they had it before we first looked at it but we didn't pick it up for at least 6 weeks after we first saw it and loved it. With all that being said, we found out after we brought it home and learned a lil about the thing that those graphs on the wall. Those were the levels in the tanks. The black tank was FULL. 53 gallons full. Full with someone else's feces in it and for how long? At least 6 weeks since we had first seen the thing. Then there was the gray tank. That's where the shower and sinks drain. It was 2/3rds full. At least 40 gallons. Not as gross as the tank full of someone else's crap but shouldn't have been 2/3rd's full. Then there's the fresh tank. It was 2/3rds full of around 60 gallons of stagnant water that had been sitting in there for who knows how long. After I bought all the equipment and gained all the knowledge I spent 4 hours today flushing these tanks out and their vile content. I have to do a siphon treatment to feed some bleach mixture into the fresh water tank so that I can kill any bacteria that grew in there. I will go to a dump station. Fill it with water and bleach. Park it back at storage and then 12 hours later go back to the dump station so I can get all the germs and stuff out. I will run the faucets to get my bleach solution into the gray tank and then dump the gray tank and the fresh water tank to empty so I know all the bacteria is gone. We truly don't understand who would sell an RV and not clean it out. They said they inspected it? Really? How well if you missed the tanks. My review would have been 5 stars but it's hard to get past someone else's crap in my newly purchased used RV.

I was stranded for 6 days with my dog because they repeatedly lied and said the deal was 'ready.' As a nomad, I was told to empty my trade-in, which stripped me of my ability to stay at campgrounds or travel centers, effectively making me homeless and forcing me into over $1,000 in hotel bills. Despite my 750 score and $400k+ in assets, the salesman treated me like a 'second-class citizen' and told me they were doing me a 'favor' because I don't have a W2. To resolve the delay, the salesman introduced me to his 'Boss,' who looked me in the eye and verbally promised the dealership would cover my hotel costs, saying, 'It's the least we can do.' Now, the owner--who uses the friendly 'Hoss' persona to lure in travelers but signs his legal name 'Robert Roberts' when he wants to be cold--has sent me a 'Final Notice' backpedaling on that word. I have submitted Robert's denial email and the details of this bait-and-switch to the Florida OAG and FLHSMV. Scheduling, ordering the parts that were back ordered and constant communication with each other regarding the parts coming in on time the whole experience was great. I arrived the night before, and I was able to sleep in the motorhome so once they opened, I was able to get in right away. He even had some parts shipped to his house for our Monday morning appointment. The technician which, unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he was superb. Immediately got on my motorhome and just worked methodically all the way through. It was very nice because they have a sitting room in the garage area where I could sit with my three dogs and watch very comfortably. Now I have to say in route from Naples to Bellevue I had a heck of a time driving. My motorhome drifted left to right and took every contour in the road and I could fill it. Particularly when an 18 wheeler will go buy me. It would push me then it would pull me back-and-forth making it a very difficult drive and of course nerve-racking. The technician knew exactly what I was talking about installed additional equipment and made the necessary adjustments and then we went for a ride. Just the technician and myself and Ani issues we were discussing pulled over on the side of the road. He crawled up underneath and made an adjustment and then back on the road and it was as if I was driving a completely different motorhome. After dropping the technician off at the shop and of course paying the bill and driving back home down interstate 75 it was absolutely amazing! I was literally able to drive with one hand on the wheel, which I know is not right, but it was just to show what an amazing change. So what was done? I had four new shocks put on, airbag stabilizers and the best thing was the steering arm stabilizer, which is like a giant shock absorber that reduces over correcting and makes the entire motorhome handle differently. My thanks to Tom and the technician for doing such a wonderful job, you have changed my traveling lifestyle.
