Internet goes out all the time. We depend on it for cell phone service. We have dropped calls or glitches with work. It's to the point I can't count on working at home instead of the office. read more

Worst company ever to have you TV service from. The store only has 1 employee available anytime I've been there who can't do anything except sign you up for a service or take your money. When something breaks its always a 1-800 number to call which takes 2 hours and then they finally say "looks like we'll need to schedule you a service apt". Duh I knew that before I called! Then they don't show up but charge you a missed apt. Fee when they didn't show up!! I hate Suddenlink read more

No . Customer service representative rude on weekends. Overcharge for what you get. Sounds great at time but then, wait for it, you get a very rude awaking. They treat you with such disrespect don't really listen you can't return the equipment on the weekend. Can't even cancel it. Well I'm done. They never even got my security# right.. so I rate them -----1000. Trash read more

This is the worst fucking TV service I've ever had. The channels are out of order, The service is always going out, The DVR Box never works, It takes them forever to come in picture service whenever they say they're going to. And to be really honest I don't believe it deserves any stars. read more

Suddenlink Communications is and has held West Virginia hostage for years. Customers are required to pay a 6.99 fee to cover the repairs of their poor installations tactics or an outrageous fee to correct the improper installation. As of Feb 2019 customers are charged 2.50 for an enhancement fee to support their investments, with no obvious change in the service, and customers are not given an explanation of what the charge consist of other than the bill statement. When electric or cable is off there is no credit to the bill. Suddenlink does not recognize senior citizens with a discount. West Virginia customers have no options to escape this predator, something has got to change! read more

Biggest piece of s$!t internet. Over paying for garbage services, internet goes out 4 times a week for no reason. It goes out, comes on for 5 minutes then goes out again, does it all day. Worst services ever, -10/10. read more

First they gave us a "free" upgrade to a higher internet speed. I already had the 50 mps package, so that really didn't help me much. Then they changed their policy to where you have a cap on the amount of internet you can use and charge you if you go over. They told my wife that all companies are doing this and they are just now "catching up". I personally think this is nonsense because we called other services and none of them have a cap on usage. This needs to change. read more

All the way from Bullhead City Arizona. Thanks to the incredible service from your staff i have begun to post this to everywhere I can to let people like you working people now what kind of service YOU provide. I know the person that is reading this is just an employee and this is your job to read this but someone needs to get the word out. I will post this in every city and every country and on every possible place I can to inform working people how you think it is ok to steal from them. Just because you put it on a piece of paper and a call it a bill doesn't mean your not stealing when you charge them for something that they shouldn't be charged for. Your management needs to learn how to MAKE MONEY NOT STEAL MONEY. Suddenlink(Suddendeath) is a horrible company that treats their long loyal customer very poorly. They billed my family $50 for something we didn't order and when we didn't pay the full amount they are now charging an extra $10 late for for the original $50 and THREATENING to "interrupt service" Basically shut it off. There is no other company we can go to and they know it. Our son is home schooled and we need high speed but if ever we would have the chance we would definitely change "service providers" because the "service" they offer is the worst I have ever seen. read more

Suddenlink use to be decent. Now customer service is non existent charges are ridiculous, we were even billed for a field call. News to us we never seen anyone let alone request one. Customer service sent me to Pt Pleasant Wv store to resolve an issue and the rude unintelligent, thought he was bad rep laughed at me and said he would not help me if I didn't purchase from him. Terrible just stay away go to Att read more

Ever since they switched to the Optimum branding they got on top of the local nodes, replaced what needed replacing, upgraded the gear. In the last three years we've only lost service in the absolute worst weather, and that's our local trees knocking down lines, power and data. I will be the first to say when someone took it serious when they had complaints and did it right. They did it right. read more
