    It's bull crap for the price we pay for WiFi and it don't work have the time. You need to drops your prices or get your shit fixed

    I would look for other providers. Here was my experience with the Nazi's at Time Warner…read more Just moved in. Went to a friends house and ordered the easy hook up service with Time Warner. Paid for my service for the month at 30 Mbs. Went to pick up my modem (which should have been ready). The lady at the store said that I could not pick it up that someone would have to come out and install the service. Ummm okay. So I wait for three days for someone to show up. When they finally did show Internet was hooked up. Speed test do e and it showed 30.25mbs A week later it was running slow so I used another speed test and was only getting 15mbs. Checked the mail and received a bill from Time Warner for $230. They charged me for the month ( which was already paid for) and a $55 few for hook up. So I called. They were apologetic and fixed the bill and the speed. Two weeks later I receive a notice that they were going to shut off my service. So I called. It seems that another party had Time Warner here before and left a bill unpaid. They told me that the Bill had to be paid or else they were going to shut off my service. Yes you read that correctly. They are shutting off MY service if I don't pay someone else's bill. They said I had to prove that I didn't get the benefit of service from the old bill. Ok. I was in Iraq so I asked if my passport stamp out of the country would work. Time warner said no. I explained that it shows when I departed and when I came back in the country so obviously I was not here. Still not good enough. The only choice offered was for me to PAY SOMEONE ELSE'S BILL. So I told them to come get their modem and shove it up their ass. Supposedly I will be getting a refund that is yet to occur. So be warned. They will take your money and when you are not looking slow your service down. They will try and bill you for other peoples debt and will also try and slip in other charges. Pay attention to your bills!!

    This is the worst company EVER!!!! Talk about gouging..... they wouldn't even offer us a promotion…read morepackage, they didn't even try. We've been a customer for 16 long years, anytime we had a problem with Directv, we'd call them up, and it was immediately resolved. There was never any issues about the bill, if we were going to be late, they gave us time without question. DirecTV were very fair people, unlike At&t who are just out to RIP everyone off for as much as they can. At&t are the LOWEST of the low. They don't offer discounts to elderly people, and they are unwilling to help anyone, especially in a pandemic. There was never a long term contract after the initial setup, just month to month. WE HAVE VOWED, to never use directv or at&t ever again. WE STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE WHO HAS AT&T OR DIRECTV, TO DROP THEM FASTER THAN A RABBIT CAN RUN!!!!!!!

But within contract period , att always raised the monthly price. So I had to call again , then they extend one year contract again. Even I asked whether there was contract, the customer service always answered 'there is no contract'. But when I received the bill , the contract was showing. This time I called on 2/6, and talked to Kiynan ID KS982T, I asked to cancel directv. She offered me $25 discount and no contract. I asked couple of times whether there was contract with $25. She said 'no'. Again when I received the bill, there was contract for another year. I called again on 2/8 and 2/9 finally reached the manager. I was told that $25 can be removed, and I can cancel on the old contract date of 4/1/2018. So I called 3/20/2018 to cancel directv, then I was told that att had listened the recording and I agreed that one more year contract. The customer service is Jacob JH0504 had very bad attitude. Such big company has tried to cheated on the customer who had been with att for more than 40 years. Amazing such high tech company can not change small things immediately. Every time just raise the price without notice.

    Absolutely NO Customer Service! My internet line got cut by some company digging a ditch behind my…read morehouse, so I called Frontier to put in a Service Request. It's next to IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a real person. No matter what option you pick it loops you back into their automated system, so that you can't speak with someone. So, I created a Service Ticket and the soonest someone could come was in 2 days and someone 18 or older had to be there. So, later that day I get a text from Frontier stating, "Our diagnostics have identified an issue that is likely resolved by restarting your ONT." But they're wrong I know the problem is that the line is cut, but I continued to receive this text two more times. This morning I receive a text from Frontier stating, "Reminder-Your technician will arrive 09/17/2025 08:00AM - 12:00PM. As a re-minder, someone 18 or over will need to be pre-sent." THEN at 12:24PM, I get text stating, "Hi, your Frontier technician is on the way and will arrive soon. To get the most out of your ser-vice, our technician will walk you through your MyFrontier app." BUT, today is 9/16, not 9/17 and no one is home. So, I started calling Frontier again, hoping to speak with someone. I think I ended up pushing an option for Sales in order to speak with a real person (from Pakistan). I explained everything to him and he said he'd make a note in the system, but he couldn't reach the technician directly. Later I check the status of my appointment for tomorrow and now it states, "Appointment time: Updated Wednesday, Sep 17, 2025 Tech arriving between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Reminder: Someone 18 years or older must be present. * We've created your ticket We're working to resolve the outage without coming to your home." SO... Based on Frontier's update, is someone coming or not coming? Through using their app, I also noticed they've jacked up my bill over $20 dollars. Definitely NOT getting value for the money being paid! I'm tired of typing this review and I'm fairly confident no one will take the time to read to this point anyways, but if you did all I can say is stay clear of Frontier. Their service is fine when it's working, but their service after the sale is nonexistent!
