I went to the store because I needed the insurance receipt to get my tablet fixed, but the representative told me to call AT&T. What is the point of having a physical store if they can't resolve my issue? If I had wanted to call AT&T, I wouldn't have driven 20 minutes to try and get this sorted out. You would think for a home town place like Gallipolis you would find a friendly atmosphere, unfortunately that's not usually the case! There are some great workers in there, but the ones that like to be condescending and act as if they are some sort of almighty power really ruin this store! I mean give it a rest already, clearly your line of work is essential and appreciated, but your still far from a place in this world where you need to put yourself above others. Thank you to those who are friendly, I wish there were more like you. P.S. worst customer service of any retailer ever, through this pandemic! read more

Worst AT&T store ever. Been dealing with them for years. Bought a new phone with insurance and when the phone acted up I went back to get help. They lead me to the door. Biggest pile of shit store there it is. There insurance is a joke and I'll never darken the doorstep of that place ever again. read more

I just recently purchased a new iPhone 8 plus at this store about a month ago and my phone is not working and I also have been paying insurance on the phone since I bought it I called the AT&T main office to try and get it unlocked and they told me to take it to this AT&T store to get it unlocked. When I got to the store I was walking up to the store holding my boyfriend's hand and as soon as we walked in I heard one of the employees say now I have to deal with these faggots , I couldn't believe what I had just heard oh, I ignored it because I wanted my phone fixed but as soon as I approached the guy to get my phone fixed he asked what I needed and I told him and he said there's nothing that we can do for you here. Then I tried to explain that I had already talked to somebody and they told me to come to this store to get my phone fixed oh, he's still replied there's nothing we can do for you here you can try somewhere else. I then explain to him that I had insurance on the phone and all I wanted was my phone fixed even if they had to send it off and that I wasn't leaving until someone did something to help me because I paid over $900 for this phone just a month ago and then he looked at me and said you guys are going to have to leave we can't have people like you in here talkin the way you're talkin? I said what do you mean and he said you're just going to have to go and I know it had to do with the fact that we were gay and they were very rude some other guy that work there was also laughing with him and a girl from behind the desk this store is absolutely the worst or I've ever seen and I will never ever shop there again. read more

Worst customer service. Take the extra 10 mins and drive to the one in point pleasant. They will hire any person that will apply for the job. With zero experience and wisdom does not come with age. read more

The people who work here are friendly and helpful, the only negative I might add Is sometimes the aisles are slightly messy with things being on the floor, but I think with the limited amount of people working at any given time it's rather difficult to keep everything straight and orderly all the time, I think the customers could help by putting anything you don't buy back in its proper location instead of just putting it anywhere or dropping it on the floor. But overall I like it.
