Couldn't handle re-ordering the item for us while we were there. Sent us packing without resolving our problem. So, if you want any customer service after you go to the Jackson OH Verizon store on Main St., understand that you won't get it there. You'll have to go online and deal with it that way. The Jackson Verizon store will sell you phones, sell you plans, sell you upgrades and from then on out - you are on your own.
