They always are busy playing on their phones or talking and make you stand there...yes buddy I am here..Yes buddy I am waiting...!!! They just look at you like you will give up and leave if they ignore you another minute or two longer. But I have to be there for my elderly mother, SO guys I am not leaving no matter how much you stare at me.. I really hate going here. so they finally wait on me, and I give her info. Pay her bill and they can't give a receipt..every single time out of paper for the printer machine..this one I truly cant understand..seriously about 8 out of 10 months of going here..only 2 times have I gotten her receipt and they never enter the right codes so her phone doesn't renew and I have to go back to have them put the codes in correctly because they wont do it over the phone!!! This kills me!!!!! But, my elderly 75 yr old mother will not switch!!! she loves AT&T...ugh!!!

So we next move on to a hotspot. He seems very tentative to me about the cost, though I've expressed no hesitation about the cost. Rather than telling me what an actual hotspot would cost, his next snide comment is, well, we don't loan those out. I had no intention of having anything loaned. Money wasn't an object. I just need the issue solved. I still need the issue solved. OK, so the answer to this query, truly is, Best Buy. Apparently, they sell prepaid hotspots, including Verizon ones. You just go and buy prepaid hotspot. You can get no contract hotspots.

The job was completed on time, the work was professional, the quote was to the dollar. He even took the time and showed me the old battery and explained how the new battery went into the iPad. I am being totally honest when I tell you this is the place to go if you need computer help. If he can't fix it, he will tell you. If it will cost more to fix it than replacing it, he will tell you.
