For some weird reason the Etsy 11x14 files did not fit to scale, but the employees here were really patient and helpful with getting the correct file size and making edits to make sure it fit. They are quick to respond and had my prints ready in two days with beautiful quality. Customer service is superb, and in addition, their pricing is AMAZING!! Three 11x14 prints only cost me less than $25!!! Whereas FedEx was going to charge $20 EACH. The shop is on the corner street with a big parking lot so plenty of space, you won't have trouble finding parking. I would 10000% recommend coming here for your print needs. Lorie, the woman I interacted with, was highly professional and knowledgeable, and quoted me a fair price quickly. The execution on the print was flawless and customer service was prompt and friendly. These guys clearly know what they're doing. The only small gripe was that upon pick up, I walked into the store and nobody was wearing a mask. I guess I don't care that much given I was just vaccinated, but it was a little bit shocking to see. No masks in sight, no effort to cover up, nothing to see here guys. Doesn't impact the quality of the print, which I thought was perfect, or the overall customer service, which was great. Just thought I would note for the Yelp community. We will absolutely come back if we have more print jobs.

So, I took the plunge and tried FedEx as a last resort- and was very pleased that I did. I had a great experience with Casandra and Marco at the Glen Ellyn Location. My initial order was printed incorrectly, but their attention to the matter was handled very quickly- so quickly in fact, that I immediately placed another order for Vinyl lettering in which I needed for another client who was looking for quick printing. Cassandra and Marco communicated with me throughout the entire process to ensure my lettering would be ready within the scheduled turn-around time provided. However, on that day the print center they use to print the lettering just so happened to have machine a malfunction. Cassandra let me know right away, and sent my order to another local printer to ensure I'd receive my lettering on time. And to top it off, Marco met me at that location closer to my house with the lettering in hand so I was able to deliver the product to my client on time- and it looks fabulous! Very impressed with the extra effort on behalf of Cassandra and Marco to meet my business needs. I'm also very impressed with the quality of FedEx overall. My usual printers have lengthy turnaround times and are, as you can imagine, pricy. So if I can save money for my clients without affecting the integrity of my prints- it's a win-win. I needed a shop specializing in graphic design that understood the production process on our end without knowing our industry. When I walked in here I was overwhelmed with the old retro elements like a mimeograph, type set machines, beaten and worn solid wood furniture from the turn of the century. I felt I was more in a museum than a print shop. I got the warm fuzzies, and that's good. David was able to help us to 100% satisfaction. He understood our concerns and needs. He also explained we could use another type of paper he carries to improve our product quality. And the price was very competitive to what I've paid. When I saw the final product I was very pleased. So glad to find someone knowledgable, customer friendly and could take care of our rush job in the 2hour time limit. What ever your printing project is don't mess around. Talk to David to get straight shot answers. Get the job done right with the people who have learned from the past to better provide the needs of today and lead the way to new technologies tomorrow. As a small business owner, affordability and quality are important to me. The prices at Accurate Repro dare very reasonable and they go that extra mile to be informative and helpful.
