I went with a back injury after a car accident. Once I went to another PT over a year later she said that this practice has been pushing my back way too hard. The exercises he had me doing was more of an athletic training then a recovery routine. He also told me I couldn't do yoga and since I've started again after leaving and allow my body so stretch I feel so much better. He also seemed to find any reason to touch me, and I know sometimes it was needed but it got to the point I had to ask him to only touch me when absolutely necessary for the PT. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone! Don't go! He would also often show up to morning appts very late, one time actually missing 40 min of my hour long session. I went to my doctor to complain because this is the only place that takes my insurance and she said multiple other women had come to her with similar complaints that he made them uncomfortable.

The location of this establishment is convenient and the hours are flexible. Everyone is so…read morepleasant. The atmosphere is bright, clean and inviting. There are themes on Friday's. One week there was an 80's theme in which staff and visitors took me back in time. There was also music playing from that era which made my session productive and even more enjoyable. He even took extra time to explain the most likely physiological cause of my pain in an easily digestible way. The good PT's are usually given phone work or transportation. It's very uncomfortable to go there with this type of atmosphere. The only reason I do attend my physical therapy there is because transportation is provided. I'm not the only person who feels this way! Many are in the same boat as me, going because they do offer free transportation. Head Quarters should really take some time and look into this matter because someone is going to I get hurt. The direction and some of the staff are more interested in eating, talking on the phone or just bullshitting with each other. I do feel that this is a very serious issue that should be looked into.

She was extremely professional and warm and listened carefully to all of the information I shared with her. At one point, I started to have problems with preexisting nerve pain, and Ally modified my exercise program to reduce the impact on the area in question. The second therapist I saw was Tim. I had sprained my back badly and Tim zeroed in on precisely where the problem was and developed a program to help me recover while not causing additional undue strain to the area. It was a scary time, and I very much appreciated Tim's encouragement and emotional support too. I'd also like to give a shout out to Celine at the reception desk, who is unfailingly welcoming and personable. In summary, my experiences at Cloudline were terrific. Requesring you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, then not seeing you until…read moreAlmost 30 minutes after your scheduled time, with no reason given by the Very Nice receptionist even after inquiring as to why there was a delay is a REALLY BAD first impression. There was literally NO ONE ELSE VISIBLE in the facility. Finally, the sole PT emerged from a private room with a patient. Then, as it was the patient's final visit, the PT proceeded to ring a very loud bell and make a commotion about the patient's completing her course of PT. It was jarring, and considering the dearth of people there, bizarrely unnecessary.and only added to the delay in my being seen. I received Zero explanation for the delay, a perfunctory half-hearted "thank you for your patience" and then my session ended at its original appointed time. I was given no extra time despite starting late through no fault of mine. I have been to MANY PT facilities over the years. This was by far the worst in my experience. Respect for people's time should be of paramount importance.
