I wasn't sure what to expect but they both made me feel welcomed and I received great one on one attention and assistance with my therapy. My shoulder has been "frozen" from Adhesive Capsulitis for several months secondary to a work-related injury. Physical Therapy is definitely affording me greater mobility (Range of Motion) and strengthening. Cora's hours are flexible and the therapists are always on time. Danielle, at the front desk, is pleasant and accommodating. Becky, Kelly and Brian have all, indeed, been a pleasure to work with. I have been given home exercises to perform on days without therapy. I highly recommend Cora Rehab; they will not disappoint!* * * * *

I have…read moreexperience working with a few PT practices and can say that the PTs at Premier Physical Therapy are among the best that I've worked with. I came in because I needed help treating my knee pain that was preventing me from running 8+mi in preparation for my full-distance Ironman. Upon my first consultation, I could tell that some of the staff had athletic backgrounds, which made me feel more comfortable trusting them to help me achieve my ambitious athletic goals. Dr. Gina was able to diagnose the issue and prescribe exercises to help me to correct the root cause of the pain. After two months of PT, I was able to finish the the race! Service: 5/5. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They are very easy to work with and clearly get along very well with all of the staff in the office. Overall: 5/5. Highly recommend! I will personally be back if I require more PT help.

The woman on the phone…read morewas rude and told us that they don't take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and that I need to agree to the put of network cost that could be between 10 bucks and 70 bucks, without even asking me if I was ok with out of network. Then she acted like she had to review me to see if I could afford the out of pocket fee. I don't pay 800 bucks a month for one of the most common health insurance coverages to be treated like trash. If they can't qualify with Blue Cross Blue Shield then they must be a pretty crappy company. We immediately called another physical therapy company and they were way more professional and took Blue Cross Blue Shield. Warning, if the most popular insurance company won't cover them, there is a huge reason to stay away from them. I wouldn't trust this place with my dog.

For someone just taking a blind leap, I couldn't be happier with my choice. Right after I started my sessions my husband had an acute injury to his back and the surgeon wanted him to try therapy before he considered surgery which he did not want to do. He knew about PT Solutions through me and so he too signed up. I am a nurse practitioner and my husband is an RN. We have a fair amount of experience with physical therapy modalities and can certainly recognize competency in the staff. The therapist, Diana is very knowledgeable and we felt at ease with her immediately. There was a student there being mentored by Diane so she was in teaching mode and having two sets of eyes and input was doubly instructive. I finished my therapy before my husband and I was thoroughly instructed on home exercises and informed I could come back in for "fine tuning" at any time. My husband finished today. He has had chronic back pain for years and since faithfully doing his exercises he has had a remarkable recovery. We both will continue our home exercises because we certainly have seen the benefit. I cannot recommend PT Solutions enough. The clinic is spacious, clean and attractive. Diane is excellent. If PT is in your future, please consider this clinic. You will not regret your decision.
