I started the program roughly 3 months ago and I've lost 55lbs so far and I feel great, If you are reading this you or a loved one is over weight and looking for a solution. Don't wait another day. I kept the centers phone number on my desk for over a week before I picked up the phone. I wasn't sure what to expect, I kept wondering if they where another place trying to push their meals and shakes on you. Here's what you can expect.: *Gracieria will answer the phone and answer your questions. She'll schedule your first appointment and explain your first visit will take around 1 1/2 hours. (no rushing you in and out here). *When you arrive for your first appointment you will fill out your medical background. *Get weighed, *blood pressure taken *A fat analysis *A few other simple tests, like reflex etc. *Dr. Mayer will explain the nutritionall part of the program. He takes his time to answer any question you have. ^You will get your meds. (1 month worth) *Make your next appointment (once every two week) *Head out the door motivated knowing this is a program you can do. After the initial appointment, the rest of the visits are much quicker. You'll get weighed, & and few tests, blood pressure etc. Meet with Dr. Mayer and discuss any concerns. I used to go to Blue Med Spa in Sherman Oaks, and every visit there would take 1-2 hours. The whole experience always felt like constant upselling from start to finish, from the front desk to the injector. It just wasn't enjoyable. My visit today was the complete opposite. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. When you walk in there's chilled champagne, orange juice for mimosas, and a lot of skincare products displayed. I'll admit I was a little nervous at first because I thought it might be another high-pressure environment. Instead, everyone was incredibly kind and relaxed. I told Kelly upfront that I had about $450-$500 to spend, and she didn't bat an eye or make me feel uncomfortable about having a budget. She treated my 11 lines and forehead wrinkles for $300, after the receptionist helped me apply a $65 coupon that she informed me about at check out. I was honestly expecting to only be able to afford my 11s like I used to at Blue, where just the forehead area would run around $550-$600 and crows feet were always extra. The difference here was huge. Kelly was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained what she was doing, listened to what I wanted, and never once pressured me to add anything or buy extra services or products. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I'm beyond impressed with the whole experience and so happy to be done with Blue Med Spa. After my procedure, I had to wait another 10 minutes while the administrator was talking on the phone. No apology. No explanation. She didn't even tell me about payment right away -- just completely unprofessional. Customer service here is terrible. No flexibility, no empathy, no respect for clients' time or money. I've honestly never experienced anything like this before and I will never come back.
