They may be good with dogs, but seriously lacking with humans. Customer service? Not here. After attending the puppy classes, I sent the two puppies in my charge to the board and train. The pups had a good time and I let each person that I spoke with know that I am overwhelmed with these two pups. That the owner of the other pup was too ill to take care of him, so I am the sole care of both and was begging for help with training them. I got a lot of "of course, we understand" lip service, but no follow up. I emailed for day school, no answer. I email again, please let me know when I can get them in, I need help. No answer. I emailed again, please help me. Nothing. I guess they don't like my pups; they already got my money for the classes and the camp. It appears from reading the reviews, I am not alone. It seems that the more help you need, the less interested they are. Note to Opportunity Barks--communicate. If you don't want someone's business, just tell them. Don't waste their time. read more
