If your business can call twice and text to confirm an appt, why not use the technology available to you to alert your patients that you are running behind? My second visit I was told by the the nurse that they were short staffed. I'm a reasonable person and understand this happens but a call, text, email alerting me of this would have been nice. Respect people's time! A simple visit should not require 2 hours of my time!

We originally met with Dr. Schweitzer for an infertility consult, only to find out we were pregnant! She spoke frankly with us and while my wife felt she was a little intense, she gave us an incredibly informed perspective from many years of professional experience that was meaningful. Her husband, Dr. Williams, was equally helpful throughout the process. They walked along every step of our journey with us and we couldn't have been happier with the services we received here. Our ultrasound techs were great! The midwives (Cindy, Pam, Jen A, and Jen G) were out of this world, always willing to answer our questions, and they were very supportive of us when we struggled with a baby who waited over a week past his due date to arrive! The waiting room experience varied. There were some visits where we'd check in and go right back, but others where we'd be waiting for 30 minutes or more. Not that we didn't enjoy learning about InterStim therapy via the prerecorded video that played every time we were there, but it was a bit of an annoyance. It comes with being a health care provider I suppose! If you're pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or need InterStim therapy, Women's Health Specialists is one of the best providers in the area!

Dr Sneider was great in my pre operative consult the morning of the surgery and he answered all my questions with humor and medical expertise that made me fully believe I was in the best hands possible. I can't recommend Dr Sneider enough. Carlisle Surgical Institute was incredible and if you're in need of surgery, I'd put them at the top of the list to call!
