We were surprised that they were so reasonably priced, especially in a situation like that, & have been with them ever since. I'm writing a review now because a spring broke & I happen to mention it to a guy who just had the same thing happened to him. He had said that "Covid" prices had caused everything to triple in cost... He just paid over $600 for a new spring. Of course Tim had me on the schedule the morning after my 7pm message for help. He came right when he said he would & low and behold, their prices are still low. The springs are a bit more expensive than 8 years ago, but they're NOT jumping on that over-charge bandwagon... we paid a little over half what my friend was gouged for & we have 2 springs! My hat is off to this amazing company, who are sticking with what is right & fair rather than lining their pockets with cash claiming it's due to "supply chain issues".

He said to call the warranty company and verify coverage before requesting service. This is true for ANY service (not just with garage doors) and was good advice for anyone with a home warranty. I appreciated his honesty and, luckily, I have good coverage and the company covered the bill!

My advice to him is "do the estimate right in the first place BEFORE you handle it over to the customer. Also, don't tell me it won't change the price all that much (I was willing to pay an extra $1000) but don't come back and ridiculously give me a new estimate 40% higher than the first one.
