I have been seen mostly for upper back/shoulder issues and some running related hip stuff and walked away feeling educated, relieved and renewed. I used to self diagnose and try to fix stuff at home and honestly that helped but it was like putting a bandaid on a deeper issue: I feel Flexx: IMT really helped me get to the root cause and fix movement patterns and soft tissue issues that lead to the discomfort and pain in the first place. I try to come here monthly.
