Over 23 years of experience as a mind-body healing arts practitioner. I am a trauma-informed Embodiment Therapist and Lymphatic Specialist offering modalities such as Bioenergetic Healing, Assisted Lymphatic Therapy, Reiki, Energy Healing, & Craniosacral Therapy. I also offer Integrative Lifestyle & Health Coaching to help support you on your path to whole-body healing. I combine modalities I have learned over the past 24 years to bring you back to your center and break through any blocks to support you into the healthiest version of yourself physically, spiritually, and/or emotionally.

Established in 2000.

I have been a massage therapist for over 26 years. I hold a degree in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University and have been a Yoga Teacher and Meditation Instructor for 19 years. My specialties include somatic therapies that nurture and support our over taxed nervous systems which can lead to a wide range of health issues. My passion is helping others heal in mind, body, soul, and spirit through coaching and energy healing. I also support women with coaching as they are looking to deepen their relationship with themselves, their work, and the world bringing more clarity and empowerment to their lives. I love supporting others on their journey into whole body wellness and healing by not only looking at the physical causes of illness, but also how the spiritual impacts our health and wellbeing.

Throughout my 26 years as a healing arts practitioner, I have learned to integrate various schools of practice into a multi-faceted approach to healing. I am able to tailor each treatment to the individual combining bodywork, hands on healing, and/or soul coaching. By weaving together these subtle and often powerful modalities, it is my intention to provide a safe and sacred space for healing to take place for the individual. I deeply believe in the divine connection between body, mind, soul, and spirit and how all must be in balance to create a sense of whole-ness and health and to eliminate dis-ease of the body and of the spirit.
