She-Sells Consignment & Resale Boutique - Another Coach Bag going to a new home. Summer straw with black trim, leather butterfly and pink lining. Darn you Marie Kondo!

This is the BEST Consignment shop ever! Jam packed with bargains! So happy it's in our neighborhood…read moreand so close to Bethany Beach on Rt. 26. Thanks to Marie Kondo, I gave up some of my Coach bags & Michael Kors silk tops and then bought a Vera Bradley classic black quilted microfiber duffel for only $40 -- regularly $130! Bargain prices, beautifully merchandised, nice selection, and attentive but not pushy customer service. Kristin Quinn & her Mom are super. She splits all consignments 50/50. So far, my stuff has sold for $50, and darn it all, I put it toward the luggage set I craved! I got 5 pieces of Vera Bradley Suzani luggage - worth at least $800 for only $175. Now, that's a Win / Win! ---- My recent Instagram post said: Like @coach bags? Are you at the beach and want a bargain better than the #rehobothoutlets? Well, thanks to Marie Kondo, I have passed on about six or seven of my best #coachbag purses to She-Sells Consignment & Resale Boutique in #OceanView --she opens at 10:30! #BethanyBeach Kinda says it all. They have great clothes, too. In all sizes. There's also a $5 rack on the front porch. Bargains baby. Bargains.

Pitts had a very interesting feel to it with high ceilings (open) but densely packed vendors (crowded). Unlike Uptown, Pitts Street felt like there were more antique items (since the vendors really packed stuff into their booths) as well as non-Antique stuff like crafts or resale items. Pricing was all over the place, I think again by virtue of how much merchandise they've packed at this location. My suggestion would be, take your time and assess quality versus price. There's certainly great finds at this location, so it's just a matter of finding that diamond in the rough. Note: I noticed the folks that threw in the 1-Star reviews due to their concerns about the history and background of merchandise being sold and/or the comments made by an employee. One thing I encourage potential buyers to consider is that these locations are used by dozens of vendors. If one were to boycott the entire building, there will be sellers that may well 100% agree with your viewpoint but still lose out of sale due to the presence of objectionable items from an unrelated vendors or comments made by a cashier. Boycott that particular seller if you want to make an impact with your wallet, but to carte blanche rule out the rest of the inventory, keeping in mind that there's only so many places these sellers can afford to rent out booths at, seems unproductive to the whole support small business mindset these kind of shops promote.
