They provided the cost up front with no surprises and took the time to explain exactly how they planned to install my new roof vent. The installation day was especially hot, and instead of rushing the job, they suggested coming later in the evening so the roof would be cooler and they wouldn't leave shoe marks on the shingles. That level of care really impressed me. I truly appreciated how they treated my roof as if it were their own. They may not have many reviews yet, but they were prompt, professional, reliable, and did great work. I highly recommend Arellano's!

Their ladder caused visible damage to our gutter while accessing the roof to clean our solar panels, and their screen cleaning machine frayed several of our window screens. When we brought these issues to their attention, their response was, "Did anyone see our ladder leaning on your gutter? Your screens were like that when we removed them." They agreed to replace most of the damaged screens, but the new ones they installed have vertical tears, and a few others are wrinkled and very loose. They then refused to come back to fix them, so I had to hire another company to repair the screens properly. Unfortunately, there was no proper inspection after the job was completed and no accountability for the damage.

This family owned company, All Superior Custom Painting & Siding, definitely lives up to its name. The quality workmanship and stunning results that Robert and his team (Ira & Luke) achieved were "all superior." We called Robert again because he is a highly skilled professional and is very knowledgeable about painting. He will carefully survey and advise what work will be accomplished. Robert is meticulous in giving his customers the best "superior" service, from start to finish. We chose to use Sherwin-Williams Emerald paint again. It's their very best paint and well worth the extra cost. It has a high quality / rich look and the long lasting durability makes it a "superior" choice. Robert adds two coats, which the top-rated local painters don't do. He wants it done right. Robert's detailed written quote was fair and accurate. He and his team goes above and beyond to complete the job. Their pride and work ethics are "all superior" and impressive. Robert was always prompt in arriving on time. He and his team followed through with everything that was previously discussed. Robert kept us informed everyday on all the tasks he intended to undertake.
