Bobby from Blackjack Home Solutions responded and offered to come out to see our yard, hear my ideas, offer some additional suggestions and give me a quote by the next day. Even more surprising is that he was able to schedule the job within two weeks. I've already shared his contact information with 2 of my friends. I would highly recommend Bobby and Blackjack Home Solutions for any home improvement projects--his specialty is solar panels. This has been a wonderful upgrade to our backyard. I can't wait for our first entertaining event! Thank you, Bobby!

He admitted to never have cleaned these type of panels before. It was his day off, but he came out, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and told him yes to clean them. I contacted several solar panel cleaning companies and ultimately chose Pure Solar Clean based on…read moretheir reviews and the initial interaction I had with them. Ross called me back within 15 minutes and provided a reasonable quote. He mentioned that most customers typically have their panels cleaned three times a year, but since we only wanted a one-time cleaning, I appreciated that he did not pressure me to sign up for additional services. He told me he would contact the office to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that is where the experience went downhill. After four days without hearing anything, I texted Ross to ask whether someone would be contacting me to schedule the appointment. He responded that he would take care of it right away. Two more days passed before he finally offered September 4, which I agreed to. September 4 came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me. The panel cleaning never took place, and Ross has since stopped responding to my calls and messages. Based on the company's positive reviews, I initially had the impression that this was a reputable company. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. If scheduling a basic appointment is this difficult, I would be hesitant to trust the company with the actual service. I would recommend considering another company rather than spending your time trying to get an appointment scheduled. In my experience, the initial interaction was positive, but the follow-through was not.

I contacted Marty and asked him his pricing, which I felt was fair when he quoted me. He even gave me a discount when I provided a competitor's bid for slightly less money. He matched that price. Marty was able to book our concrete Pressure Washing service within two days of my call. He spent over two hours pressure washing our single concrete driveway out front with an extra pull out concrete for another car, all the concrete leading into our backyard, and the concrete in the backyard, including an upper concrete deck patio, lower concrete patio, and concrete surrounding our pool and concrete walkways inbetween patios. I must say that Marty did an exceptional job. He used a cleaner which also removed algae and fungus. The concrete now looks fabulous and super clean. Marty was meticulous and very detail oriented. He also cleaned stucco surrounding our built in patio grill and the lower side of our house near our concrete decking. Marty was professional and courteous.
