The bigger guy working there -- you know exactly who I'm talking about -- has a terrible attitude every single time. No reason for it. This was the last straw. I came in around 9pm with my girlfriend. The place was nearly empty -- maybe three couples total. He immediately told me, "Sorry man, can't help you, we're way too busy. It's going to be an hour and a half." That made zero sense. I pointed out that the place was basically empty, and he doubled down saying they had too many online orders. That just felt like a lazy excuse to not deal with us. When his coworker looked like he was definitely about to take my order. It's frustrating because the rest of the staff has always been great, but this one person consistently treats customers poorly and doesn't seem interested in doing his job. At this point, I'm done. I won't be coming back or spending another dollar here unless something changes. A good business shouldn't let one employee drag down the entire experience like this. Since the old manager left, the place has clearly gone downhill. The only people consistently doing a great job are the ladies in the kitchen -- they're always friendly and actually make a solid burger.
